As VFTP says, it's no longer based on skin colour, more an ignorance and irrational fear of anyone who isn't English and who wasn't born and bred in this country. Can he not just give money to a mate, who buys the ST and then just gives it to him? Or is Cortese stood at the turnstile with a shotgun waiting for him every match? I highly doubt it could be enforced for him not to attend, and there are so many ways around it it's untrue.
