I wonder if the 'no standing rule' will be enforced more heavily in the Prem, it's been very relaxed in the years outside the Prem

Cycling shoes and cleats do take a bit of getting use to but once you do it makes such a difference. As for the saddle, big comfy saddles rarely help, just look at the tour de france saddles Cycling glasses are a must, don't spend loads on them I use the Bolle saftey glasses for a few quid off ebay. Energy bars do work but mix them up with normal food (museli bars, bananas). Recovery drinks also work a treat for straight after the ride.

Imagine that NA will push JR on to the next level and let him fullfill his potential. Why is it generally always a 4 year contract........?

Good effort and I've donated a few pennies to the worthy cause too. Done a few of these around the South Downs and if you can get to 75% of total distance in training then you'll be fine, work on cadence training (see internet), much more effecient. Top tip - Get some Chamois Cream, your backside will thank you

It amazes me how such a simple operation is made to look so difficult, with NC uber high standards I would've had anyone involved with it shot up till now.

Great quote on the BBC site "Chelsea won the Champions League tonight with things money can't buy. Passion, fight, luck and teamwork. Well played."

Just shows what a lack of expectation can achieve, there's hope for England in the Euros

Considering they never get a full capacity crowd and their average in the prem was less than our championship average they need all the help they can get

I'm sure he's earning an 'absolute packet' at Norwich, relatively speaking. Now I appreciate he's in the later years of his career and would want to secure his families future but if he's putting in a request based on increasing his money, shame on him. Even if he's on 'only' £20k a week this year and next that amounts to around £50k a month in the hand - not too shabby.

Loan deals will be required to get them match experience plus don't we get access to a better reserve league inthe Prem?

Blackpool so we can sing Premier League, you're having a laff. And please lay off Morcambe and Wise (aka Delight and Dulldroms) who without their wisdom and insight into all that is good we really couldn't function as a forum let alone a fan base, in them we trust.

Singing 'shall we sing a song for you' to the Arsenal fans after the match had finished. It was one of the few songs that the whole yellow end got going together - spine tingling stuff

It was quite an uncomfortable and strange moment that, no shared relief/celebration going on there

Treat 'em mean - keep 'em keen. He's not pandered to the masses allbeit that he's not really needed too but that has worked out well - the masses are stupid does have an element of truth in certain circumstances

I preffered 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, James Mason was cool coz he kept what he had forgotten to himself - nice pad also:

Only been the once but was surely smitten by the place. Only been as far north as Fort William and surrounding area, would love to get north of there into the wilderness proper, there's a company that takes you out into the wilds drops you off with a canoe and arranges to meet you much laters down the river, gotta be done. Heard of a road closure in Scotland on Radio 2 this week and the diversion was nearly 200 miles - impressive!!!!
