What do you mean by this? Personally I'd have Edwards and Doyle around the squad, and given mins off the bench, whilst playing for the B team. That's my idea of nurturing.

Yep. In Ralph ball, attack is the best form of defence. It'd be a good plan if we had an attack. We haven't, yet he still doesn't realise that his focus should be on our defence.

Futile squabble...Ralph ain't taking his job!

Yep...the mentality of "let's stick with a failing Ralph cos we can't think of anyone better" is ridiculous. He's a busted flush...and it's hard to see anyone doing worse.

I can't see RH moving anywhere internally...he either stays or goes, hopefully the latter. As for Poch, I can't imagine for one minute he'd come here to work with our players.
