I love the Languedoc, and over the border. So quirky - french folk on their side cooking paella in the park, Spanish people eating Bouillabaisse on their side, and a mixture of French, Spanish and Catalan being spoken in some towns/villages. We really missed coming to France during COVID. Over here now on a little roadtrip. Currently enjoying a few nights on the Normandy coast. Splendid.
