Looking at the time line and various reports, the police sat back and soaked up loads for ages before they took a few away.
-
The vigil itself was not political. The other stuff was a variety of people with their own different agendas. Some political, some not.
-
Women gathering to say that they want loons not to kill or rape women will not stop loons raping or killing women. That was the only bona fide agenda, but it was a pointless one. Many of the women had different, mainly anti establishment, anti police, anti men, anti whatever, agendas. The farcical one was the women seeking to have police numbers reduced, without any thought that less cops makes everyone more vulnerable. Idiots.

Different point. My issue is tactics. Potter didn't have a City type bench on Saturday but he made a change at half time to peg Bertrand back and get a grip on the middle of the park. Ralph did nothing tactically to change it. There was not much between the squads on Sunday, but a tactical gulf between the managers.
-
I think we all know where that would go...but would it have been the same reaction if the vaccine was say French? Regardless, pathetic behaviour from the Europeans who've now accepted it was a stunt to apply political pressure. The sad part is that damage has been done and mud sticks. The sister in law works at a vaccine centre and there was an increase in a no shows after the euro nonsense, and the child has mentioned insta nonsense about avoiding the vax because of blood clot fears.

EFTA. Regardless, there’s no scientifically backed reason for the decision.
-
European....but what’s your point?
-
It’s not just the subs for me, but the lack of tactical changes. Yesterday he pushed Bertrand up to give width, with Minanmino coming inside. Brighton made a change to peg him back. Ralph did nothing. Premier league managers to be able to roll with the punches. Potter showed himself to be much more astute yesterday.
-
Thailand lifted it. DR Congo have done what they see the EU masses doing, but now Belgium have come to their senses they’ll be sensible.
-
Yep. In every game the commentators talk about the many points we’ve lost from winning positions. The main reason for that is that the opposition make changes and turn the game around. Ralph just sits down and throws Djenepo/Redmond on, followed by AN Other, and then N’Lundulu in the 85th minute.
-
That’s a well thought out post, but it overlooks that when the opposition make tactical changes, Ralph hasn’t/doesn’t/cannot. That’s not the fault of the club.
-
You mean Indonesia who were awaiting the nod that the who have given? Dunno, what’s your theory?
-
So no Valery, Vokins, O’Connor, Slattery, Smallbone, Chauke, Sims, Hesketh or Tella. Pretty much the whole team on loan, injured or with the first team. Because of that the B team is weak, but has to borrow u18 players who in turn are weak. Absolute shambles.
-
No issue with that, or the N’Lunddulu comment. Bit of class in defeat, nothing more/less.
-
Yep, politics for me, or some kind of convoluted export tax. Either way, politics or money. To ditch it because of 40 or so blood clot cases out of millions of doses makes no sense.
-
Well that rules him out then!
-
Howe and Tindall are who I think we'll get, and I reckon it'll happen soon. I'd like Frank but there's no way he'd leave Brentford.
-
I'd take him. Today was awful.
-
Absolutely. Our way of playing is so simple. His only tweak today was to give Minamino a Marsden type role pulling inside and leaving Bertrand to give width. They changed tactics and nullified us completely. Ralph, again, had no idea how to change it.
-
Crackpot?!?? Brilliant. As I said, if she goes it'll be because of yesterday, not the nonsense you posted. The head of the met shouldn't resign because of one rogue copper.
-
Nail. Head.
-
That was an absolute fucking shambles. Clueless all over the pitch. Outclassed by Brighton ffs.
-
Absolutely. I dumbed it down for you. Human beings can do awful things. It's not always preventable, or even foreseeable. Also, it's not always someone's fault when it happens, but if there is fault along the way, it doesn't mean that change at the top is needed or justified. Even Dick resigns it'll be because of yesterday's events, not because the nonsense you've posted.

It's hard to put into words how bad Bednarek has been today. Indeed, only Vestergaard from our back 4 can come away from this with any credit. We're shit.
-
Such a well reasoned post. 😂😂
