If you can't see an issue with a keeper being dropped for a 32 year old back-up who had previously never played over 8 games in a league campaign since playing in Serie B 6 years ago, then what's the point?
-
You already know the answer to both questions, have a day off.
-
He's good on FM but it's a bit worrying that he doesn't play for Fiorentina. A GK, CB, Winger and ST needed. I'd like another option for Romeu too but it doesn't seem likely we'll have the wiggle room.

Literally. 😅 I know recency bias is big but my god how are we forgetting Forster's output for the last 4 years? -
Fraser Forster - Official: Signs for Spurs

He has to go, still. They both should have been let go this Summer and it's a shame if AM is the one we choose to keep. I'd be very disappointed if a few performances when the pressures off lead to us giving an overpaid goalkeeper a few more years. -
I thought the same. Was funny when it definitely goaded him into shooting from a ridiculous angle with a free-kick and ballooning it over the bar though.
-
It’s honestly good news for me if he’s off. Anything upwards of £10m is a result and should be more than enough to upgrade. Worrall from Forest looked good today.
-
I like Armstrong's movement but watching him strike a ball makes me gobsmacked that he hit 29 last year. It could all be down to confidence of course but he's so snatchy.
-
The things which make Salisu so good for us also leave him liable to a moment like that, it's a shame but it is what it is.
-
Good half. Bring one of our real strikers on now.
-
Terrible finish.
-
Yeah Broja or Che in for Long and I'd have been happy.
-
I could deal with Caballero in for Forster, Stephens in for Bednarek, any 2/3 of the full-backs and probably Adam Armstrong in for Broja. Not taking it seriously for me would be any of Valery, Diallo, Djenepo, Smallbone, Walcott or Long. Valery unlucky to be amongst those other names but it is what it is, I want to go to Wembley.

Spot on. We'll never win this cup holding sentiment for the players who did well in the earlier rounds. I said it at the time but I worry the ease of West Ham is going to make him believe it's doable, which against City it simply isn't.
-
451(?) against Watford? Huh?
-
A worrying reliance on two players that I think we win with Salisu/KWP, and lose without.
-
"Doesn't know how long he'll be out for" doesn't ease these fears. Hopefully it's just playing a guessing game for Newcastle.
-
Completely agree with all of this. Also don't see Rob Holding as a worthwhile upgrade.
-
Unfortunately not sure what can be done, these two will still be at CB.
-
Just terrible without Salisu.
-
Well there we go, back to this calamity pairing.
-
I'm a little bit scared about a "minor" Salisu injury after his first year.
-
Ruben Dias will miss this one through injury, so it’s just the £107m of Stones & Laporte to deal with.
-
Problem is this draw means we'll likely have to beat all three of them.
-
Couldn't be any worse. By some miracle we get through, all the other decent teams have easy draws anyway.
