The decision being made leave me nervous for the summer, 100% - but I will just be happy that we won't have Diallo, AMN and co trying to play football for us next year. Dare I say it, I probably won't miss JWP's impression of a crab in open play either.
-
That's not a particularly hard task tbh.
-
Start again without some of these bloody losers is a start, and it's not all about money as this season has more than proven. Give me some heart and spine and I'll be happy, this lot can go to hell.

Stu was blowing out of his arse

Proud of what, exactly? They've just let in 4 goals to a team in the bottom 3 of the league. There is nothing to be proud of, this team are an embarrassment to the City and the history of this club and will forever be remembered as our WORST ever top flight team, nothing even comes close. Stick that in your trophy cabinet AMN.
-
Nah, he's not got any talent. It should be an offence that he's trying to be a footballer, I wouldn't even let him coach my kids.
-
I'm actually excited to get rid of these players, can't wait for the season to be over so we can start again. Some decent baseline tools to work with, but christ we need a new spine, bollocks and heart throughout this side. I wouldn't even call them bottlejobs, they're not that good.
-
How is AMN out for the second half? That performance was enough for an immediate dismissal in any other industry.
-
That left channel as well, and guess who is playing that hybrid role there. What a shit team we have that we cannot replace a left back with an actual left back.
-
I'll be honest, I think we'll struggle to get takers for ABK this season which may be somewhat of a positive. He seems as injury prone as an OAP and is still very raw, probably too raw for the top level.
-
He should not be playing football or part of any professional football club at any capacity. Stealing a living is used a lot, but in this case he really is. I'm fairly confident Sunday league players would be better options than him. I think he's the worst PL player we've ever had, and this season has certainly given us lots of options to select from.
-
Standard really, statistics that lull people into a false sense of us actually playing well. Lots of pissing around with it, no huge openings, but Forest stick a bit of thrust behind their limited attempts on the ball and look what happens.
-
Cracking result so far for Leeds, Forest and Everton. Doesn't make a tiny bit of difference to us though. I can imagine Forest will just have too much for us tonight, they know what a win will do now.

The drowned out the national anthem with incessant booing.
-
He may well do, but I don't think we should ever look back on him as a missed opportunity if that does happen. He has stunk this place out for 2 years, sometimes players just don't fit a club for whatever reason and no matter how you try and prolong it - it won't change. I'd be more focused on building a team of players who could make the step up to the PL, rather than keeping around the guys who have failed us - as we all know they can't make the step up.
-
Shocking fan base really, worst in the country. But for some reason they are saluted as ''one in a million'. If you notice the 'events' yesterday don't get spoken about much, brush it under the carpet - don't want to bad mouth the poor old victims.
-
No chance we keep Adams, he will have PL takers who will actually use him correctly. Armstrong I'd hope will be one of the first out of the door, he's stunk this place out for 2 years. It's got to the point where I couldn't care less what he's done (one season by the way) in the Champ before, he's a busted flush here and needs a fresh start for the sake of everyone. If we try and prolong him next year it will only end one way for both.
-
Think it's something OP's end, I've noticed most if not all of his posts are like that.
-
Exactly, they're not HD - a pretty low bitrate SD feed with a work experience commentator and no co-comms.

I appreciate you've probably seen a lot of this guy as you watch national league, which is fair enough - but you have to put it into context and look at who he is playing against. I would say Mullins is almost certainly playing below his level, that's why he's heads and shoulders above - but I'd argue that his level will never be higher than that of L2/Lower L1 at an absolute push, as has been shown to be true across his entire career up to this point. This isn't the scenario you are trying to paint of us missing out/not seeing an unknown/young player from non-league, we'd be picking up an almost 30 year old who has never really performed above L2. Fitness wise alone, he'd never be able to make the step up now. 'IF' he was 21/22 then maybe there's a shout to be had, but not anymore. He's a late bloomer, but too late for decent levels of football.
-
If I'm truthfully honest I'd be absolutely demoralised if we signed either Mullins or that Langstaff bloke. The logic attributed to signing these guys is like saying ''We signed VVD from the SPL, he turned out great - let's sign Craig Hackett from hearts''
-
I think you can already see every game on the Red Button anyway, certainly the mid week ones. I think it already has more coverage than the PL with the 'IFollow' coverage. It's certainly not PL level comms/quality/coverage though!

There are a few which stand out, sadly! The ones for me are Forest at home, to this day I still don't know what we were trying to do. Forest hadn't won an away game all season prior to that, and funnily enough they haven't won another since. Says it all really. Grimsby was just a shitter, awful. No real idea of how to break down a lower half L2 side, it was painful. But for me the worst one is probably Wolves, to be playing against 10 men and with a 1-0 advantage at 70mins...but to STILL contrive to lose the game is nothing short of shambolic really, sums up the weakness of the players more than anything else.

Stephens is one of those steady-eddy type players, but he won't play regular for Bournemouth next year - he's even slipped out of their side recently. I liked his commitment, but technically he was always massively lacking so I don't think we should look towards his potential departure too badly.
-
My only concern with Wilcox is the continued focus on 'youth' - his background is academy and youth football, so his contacts and scouting knowledge will be of that arena. I really hope we focus beyond just youth this summer, I think we have to.
