There was a situation in the summer where one of the 'ITK's was called out - Tom something iirc. I think one of the mods gave him his email address and asked for them to send it to there and he'd keep the info under wraps. The mod never recieved it and Tom drifted off into Jack Schitt wilderness.

This is an hillarious read: https://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?52510-CONFIRMED-Mane-joins-Liverpool-for-%A334m-%A32m-addons

Kelvin Davis is also rubbish, let's not forget. So is Reed, Wilson, Watson, Jaidi, Gao, Kruger, KL. Basically, there isn't anyone worth keeping at our club at any level. It's amazing we still actually have a club going by the incompetance that has reigned supreme for the last 4 years.

Looks like a serious knee injury for Palace captain, Scott Dann. Being stretchered off at the moment.
-
Moanrinho was asked about that, but amazinly he hadn't seen that incident.
-
Wouldn't have made any difference after 1 game, given that he's been around the first team for months. The VVD situation was possibly holding a cloud over us though.
-
Scholes is coming across as a right idiot tbh.
-
It's not like Moanrinho to be complaining about something other than his own limitations.
-
He is a digusting and disgraceful excuse for a professional footballer, apparentley.

I love PEH. Should play every single week for me, the energy he gives the midfield is undeniable. JWP is a tactical managers dream, did his job to the t today - he's perfect in these big away games as he's reliable, not so much use in games we have to win though. Now let's add some extra attacking quality into this side to complement what is quite a competent midfield and back 4.

Liverpool agree world-record £75m deal for Virgil van Dijk
S-Clarke replied to SuperSAINT's topic in The Saints
It's not even the transfer window yet, so he's still officially our player...but he's already done a runner on us - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-5222845/Virgil-van-Dijk-arrives-Anfield-watch-Liverpool.html Good player, but truly horrific human being. -
No chance. Everton will get the Turkish striker by all accounts.
-
Yes. Well, on TV anyway. I think it's Toulosue who also have that other CB, Diop. Would be another good shout.
-
Jullien is a beast of a centre back, very similar physical attributes to that of Virgil. Only early 20's too, ticks all our boxes.
-
Not if the club think he's been doing a good enough job behind the scenes. He hasn't just walked into this job by the way, I know first hand that he has been taking all of his coaching badges (succesfully) and is highly thought of at the club in that regard and has been in and around the first team for the last few months.
-
I assume everyone on here is very much clued up on Kelvin as a coach and how good he is, seeing as we have tons of expert opinions on it. Is this another 'sack' thread? So, sack MP, Sack Kelvin, Sack Reed, Kruger, Gao....we won't have a club left if some of you lot had your way.
-
Dawid Kownacki? Young polish striker playing for Sampdoria, highly rated by all accounts. Only 20.
-
Now VVD has (almost) gone what's your honest opinion of him as a player?
S-Clarke replied to Bad Wolf's topic in The Saints
He is a rolls royce of a centre half, glides with the ball, brushes most players off with his strength and recovers if he needs to with his pace. There aren't many weaknesses to his game and he's just coming into his prime. -
I must admit, I'd love to hear from our new owners in some form. Everything is shrouded in a bit of mystery right now, it's fair enough saying they want to keep things going as they were, but if that's not going as well as it was....it would be nice to hear their idea's/plans. I'm probably not the only one who feels this - but I cannot currently see any tangiable benifits/improvements this has made to us as a club, apart from personal benifits to KL.
-
Yeah, then he can find us some Clinton Nije's, Kevin Georges-Nkoudo, Fazio, Stambouli, Yedlin types.
-
I guess Bedranek is our new version of Gardos? Never understood that signing, for all the talk about not blocking the path way, that signing did just that.

Serious available candidates for the impending managerial vacancy!
S-Clarke replied to captain sensible's topic in The Saints
I think the club had optimism with Austin, let's be fair if he's fit he will always score bags of goals. He just isn't fit for long enough. We were probably optimistic about Jay as well as Long, so you couldn't have really second guessed Long completely forgetting how to play football - and Jay just never returned to his previous self. It was always a risk selling 45/50% of your goals in a single window though, I’ll give you that. The money we got for Pelle just blinded our eyes I think. -

Swansea don't seem to have much of a strategy these days (18m on Sam Clucas signals a recruitment team with very little idea). A shame really, they've kind of suffered a similar fate to us - hit the heights of Europe with sought after players, lose the players, chop and change managers, make poor replacements and then you're in a cycle. Let’s hope the VVD fortune enables us to swing around our direction quicker than Swansea have been able to -
Giroud, Aboubakar, Dost are the type of centre forwards (not specifically the names, but the attributes) we need to be targetting. Then let Boufal, Gabbiadini et all free in and around them. We'll probably see a lot more from Gabbiadini if he had someone to play off of.
