That just went quiet, think it was an alternative to something. No idea.

Sounds like Everton are panicking. Didn't Koeman say he was hoping for 4 or 5?
-
Ungrateful ****.
-
Callum McManaman I'd assume, think he's off somewhere (or has already gone, lost track)
-
He wasn't though, was he. Unless you're confusing him with Jack Schitt, who was indeed full of schitt.

Bemused is one way of putting it!

The ownership of Villa will not end well. Which is why I still believe we got f**ing lucky. In fact, we flaming struck gold. We could have landed one of these nutters.

All this ''We understand'' ''I understand'' ''Our sources have told me'' ''It's understood'' from Sky Sports new is annoying as ****. They have actually been known to make stuff up on deadline day, I cannot find the article now but there was a club who totally denied there ever being a potential move. It's just for their viewing figures, when today is really no different to other days in the transfer window. All you get happening today (in the main) is chuff and crap, who are made to sound like world beaters and turn out to be flops 80% of the time

Stoke have got Bony.

I lost track of Saint Charlie's accounts, he admitted to having 3 or 4 a while ago. Anyone who feels the need to post as different ''personalities'' at the same time on an internet forum is funny in the head.

Manolo Gabbiadini will not go to Everton. The English club announced at Napoli want to forgo the purchase attacker's 24-year old, tired of repeated delays suffered by negotiation that could have been closed based on 25 million euro. http://www.gazzetta.it/Calciomercato/30-08-2016/napoli-gabbiadini-niente-everton-nessun-colpo-attacco-sarri-160993093828.shtml?refresh_ce-cp

Yeah, worst signing of the window.

Being compared to Les Reed is the biggest insult known to man. He is single handily killing football in this country. Steven Gerrard never reached the top with the national team because Les destroyed him emotionally. Oh, and he smells.
-
He'll sit around in the dump which is the Hawthorns for another few months, before we go through this all over again. I thought he should have gone in this window (although he still may) but the longer he stays at WBA, he's killing his career. The kid has ability, but he's finished at WBA. Listen to the reaction he got when he was brought on at the weekend and the boo's directed at him when he misplaced a pass.

Brighton have rejected the bid and his transfer request. To be fair, he was always a tidy player - was amazingly good for Brighton last year.
-
When people quote him, it doesn't help.
-
Everything he posts is nonsense, so that comes as no surprise.

I think Austin is being given a lot of unfair stick on here, he's never really had an opportunity to mount a challenge here and peoples expectations of him are a little skewed. I think he's our most natural centre forward, we're all crying out for a 'proven 15-20 goal' striker...well, he's the closest we have to that!

Morgan has been a long time target of Spurs, but it will be pretty depressing to see Toby with Victor and Morgan in front.
-
Looking at it from a club/coaching point of view - we have 3 players up front who all lack real height and power, We don't have a 'leading the line' centre forward and maybe the club felt that they need one, just to give the manager an alternative option. If the interest in Haller is true, then we'll have to ship one of our current front players out on loan to make way - Jay would make the most sense, he needs to play regular football and if he gets that elsewhere and rebuilds his career than it's a win-win. He's too good to be sat around on the bench playing rotation with 3 other players in my opinion. Will be interesting to see what happens and whilst I'll be disappointed to see him leave, as I've always been a huge fan of his, I could understand it from the clubs point of view.

Please don't pay any attention to that website.

Charlton 0 Saints B 0 - Charlton Win Extra Point On Penalties
S-Clarke replied to spyinthesky's topic in The Saints
It's to see which team gets the 'bonus' point, or something. Seems an incredibly **** idea. RIP JPT. -
This will be the definition of a panic signing.

Errrrrrrrrrrrrrr..............

What's Jay done now?
