  1. He will play for France eventually, plus he's played @ U21 level. And also, wouldn't he need an English blood relative to make this even possible?
  2. We get about 1-2m as an FA Development fee. Probably not even that much tbh.
  3. Ok, WBA could get Lukaku then. Nice.
  4. Ollie has a bit of a chip on his shoulder re: us, so yeah, nothing at all in it. There's no way you can bid at this hour and expect a deal to happen either. Everything that is going to happen has happened, or has been in progress for hours.
  5. Oh well, we've all gone home. Come back next year.
  6. We let Mayuka leave. Nothing else happened.
  7. It's an odd one. He's not in our plans as he's not listed in our PL squad on the FA website, so that won't change. He's on a lot of money with us, mainly down to promotion clasues and the like. Clubs don't want to pay that in full. We don't want to pay any wages for a player who isn't at our club. The odd thing is though, we'd still be paying that wage with him not going anywhere and not contributing anyone. Strikes of a little bit of Cortese playing a bugger, it's not the first time and it won't be the last.
  8. Quite funny when you think about WBA and their business. They've been trying all summer to replace ''Lukaku''. So they spend £6m on an average-to-poor player, Victor Anhciebe from Everton. Everton, then replace him with Lukaku. Brilliant. I think WBA have lost the plot. Relegation beckons I hope. Can't stand the club (personal reasons)
  9. Sorry, should have said ''winger'' rather than player.
  10. and make a £1m loss in the process.
  11. I'd add De Ridder into the flop category, one of the worst players I've ever seen.
  12. They'll need to pay his wages, or maybe he's finally realised he needs to take a cut.
  13. Everton have got Fellani to hand in a transfer request, just so they don't have to pay his loyalty bonus. Should be done soon...
  14. In short, you're a moron.
  15. Not sure how to be honest? Would think he's the last player we'd want or need. We have more than enough in the central area, what we needed was pace and creativity in behind.
  16. It's ok, they spent £15.7m on Andy Carroll.
  17. WBA have offered £6m for Victor Anichebe Everton will respond, but are still laughing at the money they will be getting.
  18. TBF Mayuka was going to make the grand impact of zilch this year, so no loss there what so ever. Only one we should have possibly looked to replace, and I believe we did, was Puncheon. But alas there was nothing that could be done, and at the end of the day...there's no point panicking.
  19. Wonder if Maduna is any good.
  20. He just cannot avoid a last min scramble!
  21. Zilch, nothing at all. We will not be making any moves. Mayuka has gone, that's all.
  22. A little frustrating. I'm sure I was with most fans when I wanted additional attacking pace to compliment/push Mayuka and Puncheon, It wouldn't have been the end of the world if we didn't do any business in that area though. But to possibly let Mayuka and Puncheon leave, without addressing the attacking pace requirement kind of confuses me a lot. I can't work it out. To me, it's clear that all we're lacking is a bit of pace to open teams up, so the last thing I would do is let all our quick players leave.! I seriously, seriously hope we have something up our sleeves, else I think we're stitching ourselves up a bit.
  23. No recall option in season long loans, as they club would have paid us a fee to get him.
  24. Not really. doesn't look like anyone is coming in, but Mayuka is on his way out.
