Bournemouth look almost as bad as pre-revival us.
-
Blimey that Forster one is brave!
-
Stream went down just before we scored so didn't know he assisted our 2nd. Lovely touch to put Redmond away for the Ings chance well saved by Schmeicel (sp) as well. Did well today no doubt.
-
Really, really good today. Best performance of the season. Deserved to win by 3 or 4. Ings should have score 3 and was unlucky not to score 5. Also, as someone who has criticised Adams, that was a lovely touch to put Redmond away and he generally contributed well. What was going on with subs getting ready and then not being put on though?

This ref really is a c u n t

EPL site stream 22 working perfectly for me

Better team by far, deserve to be at least 1 up probably 2. Let's hope we don't rue the misses and bad luck.
-
Should also mention that if the attacker plays for Liverpool then the definition of "lead up" can be adjusted to ensure the handball did not occur during the lead up to the goal.
-
It's because, according to the current rules ANY handball - deliberate or otherwise - by an attacking player in the lead up to a goal is handball whereas handball by a defender - if deemed accidental - is not handball. Toby defending Rice attacking.
-
Never good to see a player injured but Fabianski going down again could be very influential if it's long term.

FFS can just imagine Ralph walking away from that conversation thinking "what a deluxe edition w@nker, that's it he can go"

Only saw last 20 mins and thought we looked ok. WTF cares though really, we are through to the next round which is generally the point with this particular competition. -
Well, controlled the ball and laid it off nicely for the 2nd goal. Overall though I remain to be convinced, and with each game that passes I'm increasingly convinced I never will be.
-
Hope they go down and think they will.

If he said that it is a welcome early sign that this project is going to be the complete failure I thought and hoped it would be when they appointed him.
-
Let’s face it if he keeps up this form and doesn’t get injured for the rest of the season he’s going to attract interest and his head may very well/definitely will be turned. Cannot see him going this window though.
-
YES, FUKING YES!!! GTFI. The turnaround in form and results has been utterly amazing tbh and I have to say totally unexpected. Stephens and Bednarek - just cannot believe how solid they look, and am so so pleased to see it.
-
Wild one are you disagreeing with me or agreeing with me, can’t quite tell? Regardless I remain firmly unconvinced about Adams. I really want him to be good, but thus far in a Saints shirt he......ain’t.
-
A sort of ok ish performance today. Held it up and laid it off ok a couple of times. Still not convinced whatsoever about him and we looked better when he came off.
-
Boufal did alright imho, Adams not so much

For the first time EVER in my life I wen't to the bog during a Saints match and came back out to discover the score had got better and not worse for us, and I stand as a man with a serious weak bladder condition. Not seen our goal therefore, but evidently it was due to some sort of Palace howler. Regardless, I thought a draw was a fair result from that, and I am actually very happy with it.

Without wishing to be too bah humbug after such a great day, I've seen nothing today to change my opinion that he ain't up to it at this level as things stand. Doesn't mean he can't ever be but jury well and truly out with me. Yes he held the ball up and didn't lose it on occasions but sadly he did the complete opposite on others, and lost it when it was far easier not to have done. I also think he doesn't show enough willingness to bust a gut and get into the box to sniff out a one touch finish close in. He should have been putting that Redmond cross away imho and there was a moment in the first half when JWP pinged in a low cross, he may well not have got there but he didn't even move towards the ball.

Well GTFI and FMOB. That was a fecking superb performance from start to finish. Well done the lads and Merry Xmas all.
