I saw the BBC interview Farage on the morning of the day this happened. It was clear that the BBC had it in for UKIP, asking some truly foolish questions. Then the way they reported this jokey remark, that caused no offence to anyone in the room, was disgraceful.

It would appear to me that they put considerable pressure on Governments whose countries they have invested a lot of money in. Certainly in the case of France, and there are almost certainly others.
