Is it just me who actually wants to shake Mr Barclays Bank's hand and thank him for getting rid of the clueless pair - Lowe and Wilde. I'm not worried about us going out of business. Someone will come in and buy the football club, especially as they won't have to pay Lowe anything, or buy the holding company. I'm thinking about opening a Barclays account at Bitterne to demonstrate my gratitude. The staff might want to watch out for Frank's Cousin and Nineteen Canteen though.

Have you just woken up?

Just going to f*ck up WH Ireland now.
-
Someone will come in, and pick us up for a bargain. Cheer up.

I'll be back. I f*cking love it. Might even get a season ticket again for next season.

Just a rumour I heard. Some geezer with a funny jumper called Barry Briefcase is the brains behind it. Apparently, they have a couple of broken photocopiers as collateral. -
It will be more than 3 games. Most of us have supported the club for over 25 years. Sorry about your mate losing his job, I really am. F*ck me, I'm having a good day.

Is a ground share with Pompey the best solution?
Wade Garrett replied to Topcat's topic in The Saints
Not much profit taking. The indexes are still way down, just not as much as they were. Buy low sell high. Not buy high sell not too low. Don't worry Window Cleaner, everything is going to be great. I'm even on a promise tonight with er'indoors, and it's not even my birthday. -
Sweet. I'll start going again, so will a number of my mates. The thought of the rosy cheeked one and the jellyfish scouser never darkening our door again has made my day. Come on You Reds. Love it.

Someone will buy us cheap, and we will be sorted. Chill out. The FTSE has climbed above 4000 today, the Dow Jones over 8000, the G20 are having a lovefest and everything is going to be ok. Even house prices have gone up for the first time in ages. I've just seen a large yacht in Shamrock Quay.... -
That would have been more appropriate after one of Frank's posts. You know, the ones where he calls people stupid for having alternative views to his own.

You are smug, you are most days, and today in particular.
-
You are a smug git.

Chickens coming home to roost I'm afraid. Thanks go to Rupert and Wilde.

An Aussie Boss Who Tells It Like It Is

Businesses should be taxed less at the moment. What this bloke fails to understand though, is that if the banks fail he won't have a business. He is just bitter because he didn't go out on the razzle when he was younger. To be honest he sounds a bit smug, but I understand his frustrations. -
She deserved her money more than those idiot public school bankers who have put the country into massive debt. Fair play to her for living her life the way she did. Her death at such a young age is a terrible burden for her whole family.

This Season - Carbon Copy of Prem Relegation
Wade Garrett replied to Channon's Sideburns's topic in The Saints
We were 2-0 in that game, not 3-0. We still lost though. -
Series has got better with each episode. Like it.

The real protest will be when season tickets are renewed
Wade Garrett replied to Mole's topic in The Saints
Giving up my boycott for the game tomorrow night. The way I see it, for a fiver Rupert is probably not making any money out of me. If he was gone, I would pay the normal asking price no problems. Happy days. (I have the principles of a sewer rat). -
Not really, just an opinion. You've got enough of them.

It's amazing what a manager can do without interference from above. The team has more of a balance of experience and youth. Wotte is doing well.
