LB and Back up GK for now, then do another £30m in the summer on another CB, Striker and AM (reinvesting all sales proceeds on top)

The worst - Actually a concept rather than a vvank word - is duvet days. In otherwords you are an idle fecker who got lagered up last night and unless I give you extra days off, you are going to pull a sickie any way
-
"We need to operationalise the plan" - is doing the rounds, even funnier when the biggest proponant of it mispronounces it all the time. Have probably used most of that lot at one point or another. you forget yourself and get sucked into the business culture. You only realise it has happen when you go home and the wife asks you what the eff you are talking about.

Missus loves it, I cannot overcome my irrational hatred of that irritating blonde bint long enough to enjoy it.

Good luck to trousers to try and get the upper hand on the green shoots thread for the next six weeks.

There will be a job going at Man U by Xmas
-
How long do you give someone to deliver? Rooney (£25m in 2004) took 3 seasons before he scored more than 20 in a season for Man U, Ronaldo (£12m in 2003) took 4 seasons, Bergkamp (£7.5m in 1995) took three seasons for arsenal. Osvaldo is not in their league, yet getting flak after 8 games!!!
-
Time for Gaston to get his chance and deliver at united? (injury permitting)
CB Saint replied to Mr X's topic in The Saints
Osvaldo and Wanyama are regular members of a side who a fifth in the league. If they are as sh1te as you bang on about, how do you explain our current situation, given your assertions that 20% of our outfield players suck? -
Well guly hardly plays, gaston looks like he is on his way out, that leaves no one to vent the spleen at. Better cast about for another whipping boy. as a thought, if we are going to lambast every pricey signing after just eight games, why would anyone decent want to play for us?

Two monkeys in a bath, One says "ooo-aaaa-aaaa-aaa-ooo" The other one says "...well put some more cold in then

Has anyone else been put off Homeland by the annoying bint in it?

Surgical spirit, trust me. And if that hurts try peroxide.

Personally I thought he was doing a good job.

This is one for MLG - when was the last derby when neither side fielded a British born player?

Saints playing for England (and other internationals)
CB Saint replied to Bewildered's topic in The Saints
Actually enjoying an England game. townsend is great, think real bought the wrong player -
It will down to the club to get their public records updated. We had do the same when we paid off a company loan. The charge remained on our record for some years until we requested it being removed.

Bathing the jewels in surgical spirit help alleviate some of the pain.

Hart has conceded 28 goals in 36 caps. Is he the worst keeper we have had? -

Only people born in England should play for England
CB Saint replied to Viking Warrior's topic in The Lounge
Whilst there needs to be rules, if everyone was truely honest (I know, fat chance) then you should play for the country to which you feel you belong. Therefore if Chris froome truely considers himself to be English despite living abroad for most of his life then he is English. The issue with januzaj is that he hasn't decided which team he wants to play for, which is ridiculous as he must know in his heart of hearts what nationality he considers himself to be. -
The Tories have onlyhadcontrol for 4 of the last 17 years, but Barry won't let a small thing such as a fact get in the way of his point
