Strachan to make a dramatic comeback ! I'm basing this on the news that Nicola Sturgeon is standing down. I always though she was secretly 'Strachan in drag' , so her disappearance from public life will enable WGS to go back to the 'day job'.

Have just edited my post but my initial thoughts were Gunn, Bazunu, Larios, not to mention Shields. And might add the pursuit of Delap. I'll reserve judgement on Edozie, certainly has potential but often seems to share Che's instincts in front of goal or with the final ball.

I think the obsession with trying to be Man City Lite is a greater concern, taking some of their cast offs thinking we're getting top quality every time.

It's on the youtube clip I posted above. I know it's fashionable to critiscise the bloke for everything, but I don't see anything wrong in his throwaway comment. Had Clough ,Ferguson, or of course 'Arry said it about their early life and women in the area they grew up in it would be lauded as 'good humour'. There are several things to critiscise his time in charge for without looking to crucify him at every opportunity.

Yes, feel sorry for the situation he’s in, but can’t see him turning it round. Possibly not, but the fans haven’t brought about the current crisis which has come to a head with his outburst on Saturday. Seems NJ is able to hit a self-destruct button on his own.
