Poor recruitment was Ralph's undoing in my view, and it hasn't helped Lego either, although he manages to compound it by his insistence on pissing around at the back, selections, and it seems a lack of fitness among the squad. I'm all for changing the manager, but to reap any real benefits the club has to get its recruitment right.

Rasmus strikes me as one of those cunts who are Teflon coated no matter what (I'm sure we've all encountered them in our working lives).
