  1. anyone see the show? what did he say?
  2. The above chants are certainly feeble, but I thought the "there's only one south coast derby" from some of the Northam was equally as poor. It provoked the inevitable Boscombe chants of "there's only one Harry Redknapp.." which wasn't heard before or after.Stupid sods obviously forgetting* he nearly bankrupted them and left before the money ran out - familiar story ?. *must be dementia
  3. I saw a child in a Saints shirt hit full in the face by some bastards hearing aid, and am told some over exuberant thugs from Boscombe Athletic burst through a segregated area of the Northam before throwing zimmer frames at stewards.

  5. Kevin Davies.
  6. Craig Maskell. Jon Gittens
  7. Oi ! Get off my account.
  8. So were Mandaric and Alan Sugar but we have not resorted to this stance before. NC might be right in his view of the bloke, but it seems a pretty petty step in my view as it will rebound on SFC publicly, coming after the photographers issue. Personally I think NC would have been better off publicly inviting him to say live on Solent, when exactly did Howe ever have an offer.
  9. Great news! In NC we trust

  13. Same. I get nothing from solent but I can listen to the yeovil radio
  14. I was at this game in 1970,and have a vivid recollection of Alex Lindsey rising - unchallenged- to head into his own goal at the Milton Road end. Although I was aware of 'The Alehouse' term given to us by Shankly I did not realise it was after this game, but thought it had originated in 1968or9.So learnt something new,and am rather proud of having been at the match where the 'Alehouse' term was phrased. Lots of names mentioned here , McGrath was one of my favourite players of all time, Gabriel,O'Neill and Paine were in the thick of it.One other worthy of a mention from that season was Hugh Fisher who made up one of our most fearsome midfield line ups ever.
  15. fill me in someone???

    Fonte off?

I've thought for some time that the Warnock connection might be a problem in holding on to Fonte.
