  1. A Sovereign Government deciding policy. Whats funny about that, It’s how most countries operate?
  2. I know, who is going to mince around passing sideways and backwards now?
  3. Pony
  4. Just about sums it up. Fuck me, imagine if these woke twats were around in ‘76. They’d have probably called the cup final off……
  5. This just about sums it fucking up. Hysterical reporting by activist media lapped up by “good” people…. 2 weather forecasts, one from the early 90’s & one from the Woke era. It’s not informing the public of the weather, it’s campaigning…
  6. They’re really stuffed when everyone is compliant aren’t they Soggy? “Details of the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan's 'Pay as You Drive' plan which could replace the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) and Congestion Charge have been shared in a new interview. The proposal would see drivers in London pay depending on the time of day, amount of passengers and the distance they drive in London. Speaking to the Financial Times, Khan revealed details on how the idea might work sharing that it could be a long time until the plan was implemented. The 'Pay as You Drive' scheme would replace the Congestion Charge which costs £15 a day and the ULEZ charge of £12.50 a day.”
  7. 😂 Are you really that bone headed, or is it an act?
  8. Yeah, we need to listen to these top scientists.
  9. Exactly, it’s revenue raising dressed up as saving the environment, and saps like soggy lap it up. Nobody tries to pretend toll roads or bridges are anything else.
  10. It’s nothing to do with public health, cleaner air or any other such pony. It’s all to do with raising revenue now as well as getting the infrastructure in place for future raids on the motorists wallet.
  11. Thank you for making my point. People were banned from smoking in pubs, not allowed to do so once they paid £12.50 a visit.
  12. And then the cameras will be used for pay per mile charges. Anyone who thinks this is about saving lives is delusional, naive in the extreme or just wants to show us what a “good” person they are.
  13. Rent controls help existing tenants but long term it leads to short supply & a lack of investment in rented properties . It also encourages “black market” agreements, depriving the Government of tax, and the tennant of some basic rights. There’s also plenty of loop holes where dodgy employers rent cheap rent controlled properties to their employees & over charge them to live there.
  14. We need the big guns to train their sights on this net zero pony. Hopefully big dog Farage, fresh from draining the Nat West swamp, gets the band back together and forces the establishment to abandon this lunacy.
  15. Correct. Landlords pay an important part of the housing mix, but are always portrayed as the bad guys. We’re landlords & our tenants couldn’t afford to buy & then maintain the property they live in. It’s too simplistic to equate paying £1,600 rent to a mortgage payment of £1,600, but that’s what everyone does. Of course paying rent is basically paying our mortgage (plus some) but our tenants don’t want to own their own house. Last year we spent thousands on a new roof, other maintenance costs & it was a particularly expensive year. If they owned the house, they wouldn’t have the money. But more importantly they wouldn’t want the hassle. They’re happy to rent, like the flexibility & the fact there’s no unexpected costs. I know there’s shitty landlords about, but we’re decent ones (most are). Believe me, you make more money from happy tenants than pissing them off. If we and thousands like us sold, it wouldn’t reduce the price of houses, it would just make decent ones to rent harder to find and more expensive
  16. Mateee. It’s to stop death, and give our children & their children a better future.
  17. I’d send them back, they’ve got fucking holes in them.
  18. What did you think it would be, a fucking free holiday, a signed picture of Djennpo maybe, perhaps a pair of Baz’s gloves.
  19. Christmas will be in August for Plymouth, Sheff Weds, QPR & Norwich if that clowns in nets. Can we discuss then?
  20. I knew you were being sarcastic, I was just wondering where this “got talent” pony came from, because some people actually seem to believe it. They can’t seem to bring themselves to accept he’s pony, the fact he’s not head and shoulders above AM shows the level of “talent” he’s shown so far.
  21. 🛌 😴 💤 Fucking boring & nothing to do with Brexit.
  22. Where does all this “got talent” pony come from. Young keepers are prone to errors, but they also make good saves. They’re inconsistent, until they learn their trade. To be fair to Baz, he can’t be accused of being inconsistent, he’s consistent, consistently pony. Baz 🤡, just makes routine saves, lets the rest in but doesn’t make up for it with wonderful saves. I can’t remember coming away from a game & saying “we owe that point to baz”, I can’t even remember saying “we’d have lost by more if it wasn’t for baz. In fact one of our rare wins was despite baz, after his last minute superman impression. He’s not shown anything so far that makes me feel he’s “got talent”. He may well do, but why take the chance? He’s had his chance and blown in, time to drop him🤡
  23. Why did we have to buy the clown, why didn’t we just take him on loan, with the option to buy? Put it like this, 90% of the supporters would not want us taking the option had we done so imo.
