The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

Because he thinks people crossing the channel are acting illegally. Therefore the people helping them are criminal gangs. If you think these people are genuine asylum seekers acting legally, then surely the people helping them are simply helping the oppressed and persecuted reach a safe country. Who cares if their boats don’t conform with regulations, or theyre not a “legitimate ferry service”. If I was fearing for my life and needed somebody to help me find a safe country where I can claim asylum, I wouldn’t really care how they got me there. I certainly would want them prosecuted or called a “criminal gang”. -

They’re helping people claim asylum, people who are doing nothing illegal, just fleeing from persecution & danger. Does it really matter that their boats don’t comply to the letter of the law? -

Are the people arriving from France in small boats acting illegally or not? If they are legally attempting to seek asylum, then it stands to reason that the people facilitating their arrival are also acting legally. -
I couldn’t give a shiny shite what they wear for the warm up, never see it anyway.

So what you’re saying is some pay to do so, but others are taken over against their will. I presume the ones brought over against their will, want to go back to France if they end up with the British Authorities. How many of those “forced” to come over, end up staying? And what % of room on the boats are used for these “forced” people. If I was one of these ruthless criminal gang members, I’d want paying punters on board rather than “forced” people. Particularly as my two customer groups have entirely different goals. My legal asylum seekers actual want the British authorities to find them (so that they can claim asylum), whereas the people doing the trafficking don’t want the “forced” people to come to the authorities attention. It is a bit of a conundrum, no wonder they’re paid so much. Personally, if I was trafficking people against their will, I wouldn’t try and get them into the country via a rickety boat across a dangerous stretch of water. I certainly wouldn’t want them travelling with legal asylum seekers either. If they don’t make it, or get caught I’ve lost my dough. -
I haven’t really got much of a problem with that. Looks like an interesting group of ex players, could be a decent night. “The great escape” bit is obviously pony, I tend to look at the season Bally arrived as that, but it’s just a bit of marketing. I’m the first with criticism when we cross the line into noddyness but I don’t think we have this time. I’m all for more of these ex players dos, shame Mattys probably persona non grata if any more are scheduled. The 70’s guys are probably a bit old, but I’d pay good money to attend one comprising of players from the 80’s.

What’s criminal about helping asylum seekers arrive in the country they want to claim asylum in? -

So if what they’re doing isn’t illegal, why is Starmer going on about cracking down on the guys who arrange the crossings, why are lefties always criticising the people traffickers. Surely they’re just providing a service for people to legally come to the UK? -
“Hounded our the club”, fuck me, what a drama queen. Criticised by a majority of the supporters is not hounding somebody out of the club. Branfoot probably was, and only Jones has come anywhere that level of match day clog since. The others weren’t fucking hounded out, anymore than this bloke will be. Nowadays you’re not “hounded out” the Nods just stop clapping you. That’s about as hostile as it gets.

So all the people crossing from France aren’t doing anything illegal then? -
He should watch some episodes of The Office and he might understand Russ a bit better.

There’s only one misfortunate party in that deal, and it’s not him. Surprised he didn’t drop the fucking pen when he signed, he’s not kept hold of much since. With his positioning he probably sat in the wrong chair at the signing.

He’s a right old pony merchant isn’t he? This is fucking sloppy shoulders pure & simple. “It’s a different way of behaving, which people don’t see if you’re not there every day, of course. The club had a huge disappointment last season and has embarked on a different journey.” As for the players retreating when we scored, whose job is it to ensure they don’t? Last time I looked it’s the bloke stood on the line, not the blokes who managed and played last season. Fucking stand up and accept some responsibility you Lego headed twat.
-
I can’t recall in nearly 50 years of watching saints a keeper that has so many excuses made for him. He’s either the unluckiest keeper to ever play the game, or he’s pony. I’m not expecting him to save all the goals he’s let in, but fuck me, he should be saving some of them. A decent keeper would have.

I reckon some of the fans need to take some responsibility. Has anyone noticed the poor run of results has started since CoT started giving us hints from the dressing room? It’s obviously not a happy camp & leaks won’t help team unity.

Steve Bruce made an interesting point the other day, regarding “process “ and how all the young managers now have a “project”. He used Vincent Kompany as an example. He said if he sticks to his principles and keeps playing the same way, Burnley will probably go down. But he will get another half decent job, most likely in Europe, because Chairmen will like his philosophy, his “project” & the way he sets his teams up and how he plays “the right way”. However, if he becomes a bit pragmatic, abandons his style & keeps them up for a couple of years, his future options will actually diminish because he’ll then be associated with that type of job. Whilst Bruce clearly has “scar tissue” from some of his previous jobs & is a bit bitter, there is an element of truth to what he’s saying. These bullshit merchants ponce it all up with flowery spiel & their pony around undertaking a project & the process which they promise us will work but takes time, and a lot of people fall for it. It’s the “emperor's new clothes", he’ll probably blag another job after this one, another project, another owner who thinks he’s reinvented football. Whereas his actual record is that of a lower league journeyman manager.

It was pure Noddy, just as bad was the way he sucked up to Klopp & Pep. Like a star struck school boy. Particularly Pep who used to pat us on the head, admiring the 20 min spell we had and then pocketed the 3 points. Our Nods lapped it up. Id much rather they hated playing us, you didn’t see Wenger or others throwing complaints at Fat Sam’s sides. Or Fergie when we chased them round the Dell 3 seasons running. We were soft as shite under Ralph, still are.

Kelvin was far superior in the championship than we’ve seen from Baz so far. Fuck me if Leeds have the chances Sat that they got in the famous Kelvin game, it’ll be about 14. At the end of that season, Kelvin was rightly in the team of the season, I doubt this clown will even be in our team come the end of this season. Teams have shite defenders, it does absolve the keeper or mean he doesn’t have to make any saves.
-
He will not drop into the championship to manage anyone, let alone us.
-
Unfortunately, it wasn’t me. Somebody else posted it first.
-
Anyone who thinks Big Sam will manage in this league now is deluded.

Marin has been in charge for 9 games. Won 3 Drawn 1 Lost 5 To put that record in context, this is Nathan Jones’ first 9 games in charge Won 4 Drawn 0 Lost 5 Pretty similar really, and his press conferences are slowly becoming Jones like as well. He needs to turn it around soon because like Jones it’ll become untenable pretty quickly if it doesn’t.
