Should the SNP stand in Westminster elections? Should the lib/dumbs sit in an unelected house of lords?
-
Lol, amazing isn't it. We have all 3 establishment parties putting up people saying we're now in the era of 4 party politics, we have the BBC and sky saying fantastic set of results from ukip, plus every radio bulletin I've heard. The papers are all reporting a good night for ukip, yet a handful of posters on a football forum claiming otherwise. The London results just go to confirm how out of touch londoners are with the rest of England, but also how well Boris did to actually win there.
-
The election experts on sky and the BBC at the start of their coverage had " par" figures for labour as between 400 & 500 , with a good result as 600. The professor on sky was scathing about their result. Ukip was judged to have had a good night if they got 80. I'll go with the people paid to analyse the data and draw a conclusion for sky and the BBC, than posters on a football forum with an agenda. Long term increasing boots on the ground will benefit ukip in exactly the same way libs did when moving from a handful of MPs in the 70's to where they were prior to coalition. Roll on the earthquake on Sunday.

Spot on

Like all other parties they'll be laying their policies in front of the electorate at the next general election. Having a manifesto you disagree with is not the same as having no policies.
-
Did anyone see that pretty little thing supporting ukip on sky. Told the establishment to stop patronising ukip voters with all this " protest" nonsense. People vote ukip because they like what they say. Ukip doing well in council elections, roll on Sunday when the EU results come in.
-
First council votes in from Sunderland and the establishment are ****ting themselves. Ukip are showing 25 % vote share where they've never stood before. Also reporting that results from hull and Kingston will cause a " shock". Lol at cable on sky. What's the Samaritans phone number.

Since when did trying to pull a fit bird make someone a bigot?

You do despair when you see people like Hamilton and the bloke they've put up for the by election. I'm just fed up with turning on qt or listening to any questions and its a ukip witch hunt. Had I been on it , I'd have asked posh boy" which leader said British jobs for British workers" , when he mentioned inflammatory langague. I'd have asked the lesbo how she can say " I don't know enough about ukip to comment" before calling them racists. If you don't know enough about them, how can you call them racists. I would tell that property women to stop interrupting ( but would try to pull her in the green room). That lib/dumb is extremely impressive, what on earth is he doing with them losers. Its like Rooney playing for Stockport.
-
I've watched 20 mins of it, and its a joke. Hamilton has been put up as a patsy, disgraceful biased programme. The most impressive bloke is the lib/dumb, and the baldy ukip supporter who spoke so eloquently. The posh labour bloke is out of his depth. Dimble needs to get a grip.

Sad really. No doubt we'll hear a load of pony blaming politics, politicians and voting systems, but people need to look in the mirror. If people are content , then that's one thing, but people clearly aren't. You hear people moaning all the time. Its no wonder the political establishment take us for granted. Until people get off their arses and use the system to change the system, nothing is gonna change.

I was genuinely shocked by how busy my polling station was. Some jobs worth wouldn't let me take the dog in, so I tied him up outside with orders to growl at any leftie looking voters arriving.

My lad met poyet and he was an extremely nice bloke and very charismatic, I wouldn't be too upset with him , but again he'd use us as a stepping stone. Sherwood won't get a big job, so would hang around as he won't get a bigger job than us. Skate, but he impressed me when he's spoken, jury's out for me. Howe, again will be the biggest job he'll get . Got something about him and we could regret missing out on him. Skate, but plays the right way. Hopefully les will have done his homework and knows if he's any good. Moyes, couldn't have got near him last year in our widest dreams. Needs a long term "project" and would be attractive to a board looking to reign in spending a touch. Doubts about his work with youngsters and his style of football for me. At the end of the day, les should know his stuff. Been a coaching insider for years and its what he's paid for. If you held a gun to my head and made me choose, I'd go Gus.

Even if he stays this year, we're going to go through this rigmarole every summer. Listening to the times podcast ,Marcotti was saying the guy is ambitious and really believes he can manage barca or real Madrid. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but he only sees us as a stepping stone to a bigger club. The consensus on that podcast was he'd be perfect for spurs, but would it be a good career move and maybe he'd be better off waiting until a better job came along.

Sunday night. Timetable is a nightmare for cleggy. It'll be a leak, leak, leak of bad news instead of one big bang. Some councils declare tonight, the rest tomorrow and then EU results Sunday.
-
I've voted in the same polling station the past 15 years and today was the busiest I've seen it.
-
Exactly, he was wrong about some things and right about others. A EUSSR, is the wrong thing, even if people quote Churchill to back up their nutty agenda.
-
Didn't Churchill oppose the NHS being funded from taxation and want an insurance based scheme?

Great isn't it. After the next election the party of PR will only owe any semblance of influence to the FPTP system they so despise, and unelected lords they want to get rid of. LOL The best thing to come out of the coalition is people have seen right through the lib/dumbs.

Just as funny is Jon snow trying to get a Romanian who fled from behind the iron curtain to the UK to monster Nigel. A big build up from snow " you owe your life to the uk and how do you feel about nigel farage, only for her to mess up snows story by agreeing with Nigels point. Snow being an establishment man seemed taken back, " so he's right" he asks " of course " was her reply. Going on to add she would not particularly like to live next to them either.

Looks like the" rent a mob " Romanians have been caught out. http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-London/2014/05/20/VIDEO-Romanian-Protesters-at-UKIP-Carnival-Admit-No-Links-to-Romania-at-All Meanwhile its starting to dawn on the establishment that twisting ukips policies is counter productive. http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2014/may/20/labour-tory-poll-ratings-farage-attacks Blunkett also warned of issues in cities , what would the establishment be doing if Nigel said the same? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-24909979 Blunketts a disgrace, tarring The Roma all with the same brush. Would he rather Germans lived in his city, maybe they would fit in better, they're used to toilets and other mod cons. Lol. #establishmentdoublestandards

I hope you put them right, its not about "stopping foreigners" ,but controlling our own borders. Something that the lib/lab/con agree with, except for 26 countries. In all the nonsense about racism, I've not heard one politician call for open unrestricted immigration from anywhere else in the world. That's what makes the establishments attacks so dishonest, had they said "open unrestricted immigration from other EU nations is a price worth paying for membership of the EU" , than that's a legitimate discussion to be had ( one I disagree with). But they don't, they don't want the man in the street to know that they can't control immigration, so try and muddy the waters.
-
Correct, they can join labour, the lib/dumbs and the Tory , but not ukip.
