With Mayuka at the ACN it makes complete sense to recall him - we can't lose, if he scores goals and we stay up then great, if he doesn't and we stay up then we sell, if we go down then he is already proven at Championship level.
Stoke will bully us out of the game. We don't compete enough for 50/50 balls and too many players either simply cant tackle or prefer to stand off and watch while the opponent dances through. For certain matches we could do with a few more nasty bastards in midfield.
Depressing. I don't mind losing to a better team but Sunderland were s*** - if we had any quality in the final third we would have won easily but sadly the tactics and performance were completely disjointed. Ramirez needs to play in the hole and it would be nice occasionally if the wingers would swap so that they can get to the by-line and cross with their better foot. Christmas is cancelled.
He was on an Episode of Homes Under the Hammer the other day bidding for a property. I did a double take but it was definitely him - he didn't get it btw.
I always thought he was class when fit, surprised nobody took him on a pay as you play.
Indeed. It seems to me that either a) it all seemed like a good idea until it came to actually putting the money up or b) the money wasn't actually there in the first place.
According to their message boards, "..the turn out was a lot less than I expected" and "wouldve been nice to have seen more there today". So it appears Allenovski of the Pompey Pravda is at it again.
