I often struggle to fall asleep although, thankfully, this has improved markedly over the last couple of months since I moved house. I am currently however, consistently waking up about one hour before my alarm goes off, regardless of whether I've had much sleep or not. I have sympathy with anyone who has a sleeping issue as it really can impact on your quality of life quite severely.
