    An Own Goal??

    Really? Thanks Northam Steve. lol@me
  2. Bet we do.
  3. Quite. It was clearly a cock-up.
  4. But he could have stretched for it and he shouldn't have moved forwarsd when the ball was first played. It is astonishing that people are determined to attribute more blams to Davis than Seaborne for that goal. Just weird.
  5. This is correct. I don't think I'm being an emotionally incontinent, misanthropic, deluded, weirdo by saying that the future of the entire city hangs by a thread.

    An Own Goal??

    Probably Scott Marshall.
  7. One of them is bound to have some sort of slump. Finishing above Bournemouth is in our own hands as we still have to play them and Hudd'sfield are only just ahead of us if you award points for games in hand etc. Obviously it will help if they have a slump but we don't need them to. If we average over 2 points a game from now on in we will finish second at least.
  8. 4 goals in 13 league starts for Chappers. Not bad at all. With him regularly getting a goal, with Lambert looking a bit more like himself, with Lallana to come back, with Oxo still here, with Barney and Guly, with N'Guessan and Forte we will score loads for the rest of the season. It is unlikely we will play too many teams with the attacking force of Peterborough and we are going to win plenty of matches. We're going up!
  9. Sorry, but that's wrong. His initial movement was forwards. He misjudged the ball. If he had turned and run as his initial reaction he would've got the ball first but he took a step tighter on M-S which proved fatal.
  10. Oh, and for the record and for the benefit of some of our more aggressive posters, "no", I would not say that to his face. The reason I would not is because he would probably go berserk.
  11. PMSL actually. Just watched the video. Looks like a set-up from Brass Eye or something, they way he hobbles off. Karl Kcok the Knut.
  12. What a knut.
  13. Exactly. A couple of, er, "eccentrics" take it as confirmation of something or other (not quite sure what).

    Seabourne

He had a bad day. Doesn't mean he's ****e in the same way that one good match doesn't mean he is brilliant. Worth pointing out he did pretty well against Owen and Hernandez and there aren't many left-footed centre backs that are good on the ball.
  15. For the record, I think we should drop Harding, Seaborne and Davis. We should play Dickson, Jaidi and Bart. When Dickson, Jaidi and Bart have a bad game (or a game which is actually fine but is perceived as bad by numpties) we should drop them and play our third choice in each position (or get a loan in). When that loan/third choice has a bad game we can get another loan or play our fourth choice. If we repeat this cycle ad nauseum we will no doubt be in the Prem in two years. Easy.
  16. Exactly. Saying "he should've come for the second" is the mark of an uber dinlo.
  17. I agree. 15 points from 7 games should certainly see us in a better position that we are in now. I would hope we get 16 or 18 points though. 21 is certainly not out of the question.
  18. It's not to the point at all. There is nothing in the article that suggests we are "for sale". It's a misleading and poor thread title. I'm sorry to have to say it but it's thread titles like these that lead to nervousness in defenders' minds and hence we drew yesterday.
  19. I guarantee we will do better than that.
  20. TBF, he's done an appaling job. Small squad or not, they have some good players and should be much higher. Some of his comments also suggest he's a bit of an idiot.
  21. No he's not.
  22. This. And who's fault was it that we signed Lee Todd? That's right, I blame The Monkees.
