I think Pardew rates him to a certain extent but if Tyson joins Holmes would probably be even less likely to get a look-in as Tyson would offer the alternative in style to Lallana on the left. I can't figure out who else it would be... can't see Forest being too interested in one of our nippers - they wouldn't get into a good Championship team - I can't think they'd be interested in any of our donkeys either. Whoever it is would be valued at around £300k.

I agree that there are issues around the affordability of housing. These are issues at the low end though and I am pretty confident that the number of middle/working class people who mortgaged themselves to the hilt to get a buy-to-let or two far outnumber the minimal number of people who receive large bonuses in the city. Generally, I'm all for freedom but I think the idea of restricting property ownership may be a good one.
