If Chanrai has bought the ground from PFC then it is a decision of PFC's directors to sell the ground to Chanrai - they are the people who control the disposition, or otherwise, of PFC's assets. Whilst the practical reality is that he has "sold it to himself", the legal reality is that PCFC Ltd has sold it to Balram Chanrai (if that is indeed the case). No judge can reverse that transaction when hearing a winding-up petition. Any investigation into transactions during the relevant period preceding insolvency will be conducted by an official receiver who will then apply for court orders in respect of certain transactions if he wants to do so.

I don't think they will be either but there are other players in the squad who've proved themselves capable in their positions.
-
Cheers. At least with Puncheon and Lallana in the wide roles you have the option of swapping them round if things aren't working. I wouldn't fancy Waigo or Antonio on the left.
-
Bart's kicking is atrocious and he is still more gaff prone than KD IMO. He needs a regular run of games.
-
The only players guaranteed to start are Hammond, Lambert and Fonte IMO. The others are all subject to genuine competition. EDIT - actually, Harding too.
-
Did Puncheon play on the right all match then? Sorry, bit off-topic!
-
Same as against us... they can pass it fairly neatly in midfield but they only penetrate if they get a chance to break with pace. They have no bite and they can't defend.... DOWN!

Does today's excellent performance and result prove..

It proves that we are clearly deficient in both fitness and sports psychology. -
Get In!!!!!!!!! Delap to Fuller.... hahahahahahahah!!!!!!!!!! Down

at Fuller trying to stamp on his scrotum.

Shouldn't this be in The Muppet Show?

I don't think it is. No one is going to go to prison because PFC are insolvent. Financial liability, maybe. Prison, no.
-
No, not gaol - just civil liability. Gaol would only come into the equation of their has been fraudulent stuf going on (like as is alleged in his other court case).
-
Never heard of that before!
-
Wildly unrealistic IMO.

John W******d's on 5Live now. He just said...... wait for it.......... ahem..... "We've got the best fans in the Premier League". AAAggggHhhhhhhhhhhhHHH1!!!!!!!!!!

My mates used to live in that cul-de-sac. Which house is it?
-
That was an awesome run. What I don't understand is his positioning. Always seems to end up loitering in the middle where he's pretty useless as a target, even when he's notionally a winger. Dunno if that's what Wenger wants or not?
-
Maybe they do have to file an acknowledgement and state their intention to continue then. I think the point stands though that they won't be doing anything substantive before 1 March; simply a "yes" or "no" as to proceeding.
-
Or about 20 miles east.
-
I don't think that's right. They can withdraw the petition at any time if they wish. If they do nothing then we just rumble on to 1 March (although there might be some sort of submission of skeleton arguments required in advance of the hearing). They certainly aren't going to drop it now (unless the SoA shows that someone has pumped a load of cash in, no strings attached).
-
Why do you think HMRC need to go to court on Friday? Unless HMRC decide to make some sort of interim application then the next time they will be at court will be 1 March. (I think).
-
They will see it; one of them will have to sign an affidavit that it is true etc... this is why they are stuck between a rock and a hard place as it ramps up the responsibility stakes somewhat on the directors if they sign an affidavit swearing that a statement of affairs which shows them to be insolvent is accurate.

In principle, you are probably right. In practice, I'm sure it will be easy enough to use your Area Final ticket to obtain additional ones (albeit, not together).
