You reckon? :smt041 I don't see why people hate them though. At the end of the day if you just want to get somewhere cheaply they are usually the cheapest. I've only used them once but they were ok. Slightly bumpy landing but ok.

Nice scalextric!

Well, people wanting to abuse children will be attracted to jobs where there are a lot of children around. It has always been so. At the end of the day you have to delegate the responsibility to individuals and obviously they will be deceptive. Sad but true, but it's pretty rare. Obviously our paedo-obssessed media loves to get excited about this sort of thing though.

I've never heard of it so I expect that may be likely.

This is Blue Square standard. Go and look up some of Scooby's posts. He might have been obvious too but he knew how to stir it a bit better.

No, it's you that's missing the point.... the details of who botched what are irelevant. Let's just cut to the chase: What effect will this have on NickH's insurance premiums?

I could write an interesting reply to this but I can't be bothered as I couldn't care less what "Jesus" was banging on about Not sure why I got involved in the first place really. Probably just mild intrigue at a religiously tinged thread on the main board.

He would be stepping up a league, probably getting a pay rise and his current manager doesn't seem to rate him much so it's hardly surprising!

Do you have widescreen?

MD was absolutely fantastic. One of those genuine rare programmes that you sit there watching thinking "I'm so glad I appreciate the genius of this" A bit like Brass Eye:

Sort it out.

PAFC OS thinks it was Antonio? Either way, glad to hear Kayne did well. EDIT - I see now that our OS thinks it was K McL so I'm with you!

Nice!

Pretty sure that's actually a myth and there is no evidence whatsoever that such a gate existed. I also find it quite funny to be debating what a character in a story book is alleged to have said 2,000 years later. Queer, isn't it?!

Looks like Lee Holmes played left-back. I do feel a bit sorry for him. I'm not saying he should get any favours but he has been pretty unlucky with injuries.

Clearly, if the procedure didn't work and it caused her damage/losses and the reason for the procedure not working was the negligence of the surgeon and/or clinic who carried it out then she is quite right to bring a claim. She would have been awarded whatever was deemed correct at the time. And further, the people who you insure your car with are not the same people who provide indemnity insurance to medical professionals.

I've just changed mine to The Eskimo Nebula ( ) and I wondered, "what do those good people on TSWFTMS have as their desktops"? So I am now asking.

Why have you replied to my post by countering a bunch of views I didn't express in it?

Ahh, yes. Thanks! Just couldn't remember. Kept thinking "Brian" for some reason. It's incredible how many players have passed through SFC since we went down from the Prem.

Saints website perhaps? Just a wild stab in the dark.

Well that is a question of political "science" or political movement, Realpolitik, if you will. But the substantive point I made is quite true. Getting spongers off the sponge is as valid in a downturn as it is in an upturn. Now, you may call a focus on that issue to be maneouvering or whetever but as far as the two major parties are concerned there is no debate to be had about capitalism at large. No one, apart from some raving loonies, accepts that there is a debate to be had on this point in the Western World. As far as the Western World is concerned, there is no battle of ideas any more. It's over. Capitalism won. Well done for summing up a complex problem with the extremely illuminating and pithy, "greed and arrogance" as well, by the way. Clearly greed and arrogance could never flourish in Cuba or Russia and is only the preserve of uber-capitalist bankers. No?

I like Tesco. Sainsbury's carrier bags are rubbish - you have to double bag everything. Asda is full of fat mothers and their brats. If I had some good local shops selling lovely "The Good Life" produce on my doorstep I would use them. But I don't and I care more about my own personal convenience than a farmer in a far off land.

I commend your stance in support of academic elitism.
