If you lose your court case it will have cost you £450+. It seems to me that this company gets a lay-peron to give the agreement the once-over then instructs a solicitor. Why not cut out the middle-man and chose your own solicitor?

For £450 up front + more to follow if you pursue the matter (unless your agreements are enforceable in which case you'll be charged £50 for each for the privilege of finding out).
