  1. And the striker situation, and the CB situation. The list of terrible decisions goes on and on. If we go down will this be the most avoidable relegation in history?
  2. Good summary, covering all the (low) points about the muppet. The last two years have been one disastrous, moronic decision (and inaction) after another.
  3. Good post. And the part in bold is exactly what I have in mind too.
  4. Is a picture ok?
  5. That's all fine and dandy, but if we're in the championship by the next window which non "backup" players will we be able to attract/afford? That horse has bolted if we go down.
  6. We wouldn't be in this mess if the clown had been sacked after the Leicester debacle, and someone competent like Nigel Person had been brought in (along with a striker who knows how to score, should've been last summer, but at least in January). So the blame goes to Reed and Co.
  7. It's ****ing too expensive now (thanks Sky). Look at the shit striker we've just bought for £20 million. And our famed academy has run dry.
  8. As others have said, it's the not bringing in a replacement that's criminal. Add to that loaning out Gallagher with no recall option, and ending up paying £20m in January for someone who's not as good. Today Tadic on the right, Redmond on the left, and a two man midfield was a recipe for disaster. Wigan should've been a warning sign, we got away with it because they were crap in front of goal. Bring in Romeu alongside PEH and Lamina, and move Tadic to the left. And the only place Redmond should be left is back home.
  9. At least now we have a manager who's had decades of PL experience, which means (like Wenger) he's now fluent in English.
  10. Cheers. Good article. Nervous about this one, the proverbial six pointer. Lose and we're in deep shit, win and things are really looking up. At least with the clown in charge there was the fallback that another dire performance could be compensated with his belated firing. Now that's actually happened (thank God) there's no such comforting blanket. Expectations are higher, and it's do or die time.
  11. Exactly this. Of course the Luddites are dying to find an excuse to throw the baby out with the bathwater.
  12. Luggy didn’t freeze at hotbed SMS. His record was fine with us. Players forced him out (just like they did with Puel).
  13. United have won so many trophies (including the CL and umpteen PLs) since 1976 why would they care about our FA cup win?
  14. Currently standing second in the biggest waste of money ever table (just behind the head-butting nutter).
  15. I think the answer is to buy another Charlie Austin (good scorer but injury prone). Maybe two more. It's ideal: we get them cheap, they won't bugger off after one season, and hopefully at least one will be fit while the other(s) are in the physio room.
  16. Got their goal too. But there's no denying he plays much better on the left (for us anyway). Ditto Redmond on the right.
  17. Tadic on the right, Redmond on the left? I hope that's a typo.
  18. Which would be considerably reduced of course if we go down.
  19. Nowhere near the quality of crosses into the box as Cuco had for us IMO.
  20. MLT was excluded, and instead those footballing giants Batty and Butt went on the plane.
  21. That could also be an argument for taking the league win: an extra 2 or 3 points.
  22. Nigel Pearson.
