Well, I tend to call them cheating, lying bastards, but I must say I do like your way with words.

I can't decide whether Android's & Co.'s report was written on a postcard, or on the back of an envelope. By law, UHY Hacker Young are requested to interview all Pompey directors from the past three years. Android: "So Peter, did you do anything naughty or improper while you were employed by PFC?" Storrieteller: "Who me? Of course not!" Android: "OK, off you go then. Send in the next director, please." From the comments: PaigntonPompey, HarryStotleland 02/12/2010 11:29:27 At last! I am sure Hacker Young and co will lay bare the culpable. That AA and his fearless team will leave no stone unturned and no finger unpointed in their damning report. That they will shine a light into every corner of this maggot-infested crime to find the truth and expose those responsible. That their report will be above reproach and beyond the clutches of crude accusations of impropriety, vested interest and compromise. Either that or it will be quietly filed away and forgotten. PaigntonPompey, HarryStotleland 02/12/2010 11:42:18 More esoterically, what punishment can be given to those responsible but who do not exist? A hypothetical dressing-down? Come on, admit it, who's "PaigntonPompey"? And you wanted to write "maggot-infested club" but decided against that to avoid having your comment removed, right?

The A/C will keep them comfortable while they wait.
-
That's plan B if they don't go up.

Not going to get promoted is the "gentle nudge" we're waiting (praying) for.

If you don't tell her about the hair you may just be able to get away with it. You may need a thicker layer of mustard, though.

3 assists in 72 is even more damning.

Careful, Corpse Whore and PES might actually believe that. Of course they'll ignore the fact that the Brighton posters writing the above have several thousand prior posts, so if they were undercover Saints fans they would have to have been on the Brighton board for years.

"Hopefully if the match takes place, Stoke will tell them they can't cup tie Lawrence & Kitson so they'll have to rely only on the remainder of their plucky, minnow, down-to-the-bare-bones, squad of eager 17 year olds. Oh hang on, my bad, I must have been confused by all their self-pitying whining: they're the ones with the squad of Premier League and Championship stalwarts on hefty wages aren't they?" "I'd love to smash those cheating scum" "May I propose we sing 'You Dirty Cheating B*stards' on loop all the way through the game as well?" "I ****ing hate Portsmouth for more quantifiable reasons than the hatred for Palace." I must say, I'm beginning to have a tiny bit of respect for the Brighton boys.
-
"Chance to beat the cheating cup scummers" "They'll have 3 more players on 20 grand a week by then." Sums it up nicely.

Perhaps he was about to sarcastically say "lip injury" but changed his mind at the last moment.

Why?

Two scenarios: If Cheats don't go up this season, they're f*cked. If BC's gamble pays off and they do weasel their way up, their fate is less certain. The average Premier League team receives £45 million from Sky, etc. My guess is that BC will play the kids for one year, do a Derby and go down with single digit points, he'll trouser the one year PL bounty (and secure most of future parachute payments via more "loans") and Cheats FC will be f*cked. Alternatively, he would be able to sell the club to some sucker with more money than sense, and the Cheats may have a chance of survival.

Yes, but your summers are shite.

Wigley and Gray were even worse.

Unfortunately the FL sans MaWhiney appear to have a lot less teeth.

No-one in their right mind predicted it.
