  1. ... shake it all about.
  2. I'm not sure I'd have one of him in goal.
  3. Or on the right. He needs to avoid the left like a vampire needs to avoid sunlight.
  4. Or loan out one who has PL experience.
  5. I like the cut of your jib. And then an 83rd minute goal in a 1-0 win in the final against United. (Or a 3-2 win with a perfectly good United goal ruled offside. I'm not fussy).
  6. Agreed. Bring him back slowly, so he's fully fit for Bournemouth. Likewise any other players nursing niggles or just coming back from injuries. A mix of youth and experience until Bournemouth where we play our strongest team, and also for the semi final and final if we get that far.
  7. Per the article Low courted the lad, if Southgate had too we'd almost certainly would've heard about it. Same with Haaland. There's no guarantee it would work, I think Haaland was influenced by his Dad, but why not try?
  8. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/56176585 Looks like Low and the Germans courted him, while Southgate shrugged his shoulders.
  9. It's a shame he chose to play for Norway over England. We may have had a chance of winning something if he had.
  10. I wish we had mediocre LB and RB backups.
  11. I look forward to coming back and reading this thread after we lift the Cup in May.
  12. I noticed that too.
  13. Can we stop the count now?
  14. Dear God, no!
  15. And hence it's more likely Ings and Djenepo will pick up something like a hamstring injury. Play important players who are injury prone at most once a week, keeping them fresh and more likely fit for the important match a month from now.
  16. Or even before they touched the ball.
  17. Away goals should count double.
  18. I agree. Make sure he's fresh and raring to go for the Cup match(es).
  19. Or have Mike Dean as referee.
  20. Or worse for us if we'd drawn/lost or lost/lost them.
  21. Agreed, he was excellent. I'd rest him for Tuesday, wrap him in cotton wool, and have him fit and raring to go against Bompey next month.
