  1. His Ingsury is a hamstring apparently. Very sad to hear.
  2. If a team like Newcastle come in with a huge offer next summer can we sell him before Chelsea have a chance to buy him back at the lower price in 2023?
  3. Good shout. About 5 dogs dinners already!
  4. Well England's record has "improved" to about 30% because we've won a couple with a manager who takes them seriously. I can only remember Germany losing once (the first time, against Czechoslovakia in the final - they learnt their lesson there). But if that doesn't convince you, maybe we should ask Le Tiss to buy us lottery tickets - he was very lucky!
  5. I like the position you put Theo, he should be there every match. πŸ‘
  6. πŸ˜• So over the last 40 odd years the Germans are really lucky then, and England really unlucky? I need to ask my German friends to buy me a lottery ticket.
  7. Actually Salisu can also hit some great long passes too. To have both Lyanco and him both doing it is a mouth watering prospect.
  8. ... then he's an idiot, just like the previous generation of England managers. I presume/hope he had the squad practicing them for days in advance, and had the line up more or less pre-determined by the final whistle. Southgate, for all his faults, treats penalty shootouts professionally, and not as a lottery with "who fancies taking one?" (yeah I know, Rashford and Sancho, but I'm sure he's learnt from that mistake).
  9. And Pearson (who had a done a decent job keeping us up) was a Wilde appointment, which was why the ruddy-cheeked bastard couldn't wait to get rid of him and replace him with those two clowns.
  10. Certainly an attacking line up, but the midfield looks rather weak defensively.
  11. Even worse is Haaland choosing Norway over England. πŸ™
  12. I think we all are bewildered. I wonder why he picks him......
  13. Who says Burnley matches are boring? It’s been a cracking match so far.
  14. A nice tweet indeed, but I think the Β£8 million makes him feel even better! In fairness, Bruce does seem a decent person, I remember him being very gracious in defeat against us (when he was with Hull).
  15. Instigating a plethora of corny jokes?
  16. Cheers, forgot about that.
  17. Some of his long passing was Vestergaard-esque. But fortunately, not his defending.
  18. You were expecting 28 points from our first 8 matches? I admire your optimism.
  19. I thought is was 6 points better off, but maybe I'm miscounting. Didn't we lose all the corresponding fixtures last season, except Chelsea away where we got a draw?
  20. Maybe he's predicting a future pandemic where the virus only affects males, 90% of whom are wiped out?
  21. Hopefully Theo is wide enough to be sitting in the stands.
  22. The club have recently being doing ok in the transfer market, but the Walcott and Long contracts are back to the Dr. Bunsen and Wee Ross level idiocies. I wonder how much input Ralph had with these teacher pet signings?
  23. Are you sure they'd choose us over Everton?
