Brighton are a very physical side. In comparison, we look very lightweight. We’re definitely missing the dominance of Romeu in CM. JWP looks physical burnt out.
-
Can’t understand why we’re not playing 3-3-4. We don’t have the players available to play 4-4-2.

He’s out of contract at the end of the season. Why would he want to risk serious injury, when he’s yet to decide his future? I’m certainly not defending this, but it’s potentially the reason for his recent lacklustre displays. The same could apply to Ings. The club should never have allowed this situation to occur. FFS why did we not sign decent fullback cover in last two transfer windows?
-
The club has been totally negligent by not having suitable fullback cover.

A well earned point. Felt like a win.

Could this lot be the other interested party? https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/liverpool-fsg-redball-investment-breaking-19700243

Don’t rule him out yet. The co-founder of Ares Management (one of his backers) is seriously wealthy and co-owner of LA FC https://wikitia.com/wiki/Bennett_Rosenthal

Let’s cut to the chase. Not signing a right sided full back has been a terrible outcome. The senior club management and ownership should hold their heads in shame. F*ck *ff Gao!

From last month https://www.caughtoffside.com/2021/01/07/man-city-full-back-attracting-interest-from-four-premier-league-clubs/ Clutching at straws.

Unlucky with the injuries. Thought we did well first-half. Just ran out of energy and did not have many quality options on the bench.
-
Great win. Defensively we were brilliant.

He reminded me of Paul Ince

An interesting fact. The Co-owner of LA FC https://www.lafc.com/club/ownership/ is also the co-founder of Ares Capital, the financial backers of Kapital Football Group.

Ings on!

Unfortunately, the club and Gao will eventually struggle to service our increasing debt burden, unless significant player sales take place, or via external takeover investment. It’s a different situation. The club’s options are limited.
-
Lemina has a shockingly bad attitude. Very lazy and not a team player! Probably one of our all time worst signings.

Stephen’s looks a liability.

They’re looking at a merger with Fenway. https://www.iol.co.za/sport/soccer/premier-league/liverpool-owner-to-take-fenway-sports-public-through-merger-with-redball-source-70d4e06d-6369-45f1-9832-6daea1384c5e

To add to the fire https://twitter.com/southamptonpage/status/1314322748253130753?s=21 The only ounce of comfort is that he seems to have a very strong team of advisers behind him at Kapital.

An easy win. Looking forward to a relaxing season.

The club should have not sold a key squad CM without having a replacement signed and sealed. A total disgrace from Gao downwards. I hope Gao f@cks off soon.
-
Meaning, no investment until we’re sold?

No thanks. Seems like a real chancer. https://www.forbes.com/sites/alanaglass/2019/07/15/how-bordeaux-is-challenging-the-status-quo-to-become-a-top-ligue-1-club/#2df407b348bd
