Lol, nice one:) oh, and 20. The British Empire and all its conquests.

Liquid has rather promoted his problems lately tho. I havent seen all of his threads, but I can recall off the top of my head a/ would like peeps to go to matches with, b/ badly depressed at xmastime, c/ stuck with a mortgage he cant get out of as he has negative equity, d/ girlfriend dumped.... Im not an unsympathetic type but as has been mentioned already hes not going to get much of that on here. Imho Mao Cap's suggestion was sensible, liquid wont enjoy posting otherwise, which would be a shame.
-
What did you expect on here? Its a banter-driven football forum, nothing more, I bet you would have had a rougher ride on some of the other fan forums. It sounds to me like you have enough on your plate already, and to be blunt I cant see this helping much
-
liquidshokk hasnt been helping himself much on here lately. Ive got no axe to grind with him, seem to recall chatting with him once or twice, but his recent threads seem to me to suggest he sees this forum as an alternative to therapy. Probably not his greatest idea imho

Sorry for bumping this one, but its been niggling me since the post match interview who Holloway reminds me of. Well it struck me this morning while I was feeding the chickens, (and no, thats not a euphemism,) that Ian Holloway is Farmer Palmer. "them zaints faaans wants to know if oim aavin a laaaff, well agdually oi aamm avavin a laaaff, now get orf moi laaand....."

if I was spending the evening with billy connolly I'd probably last about 10 minutes before slitting my wrists
-
The most important political question is "will anybody notice"?
-
fair comment, but billy bragg is imho unlistenably cr*p. If that sort of thing is your particular bag may I recommend the railway inn in winchester at the end of march, when the mighty john cooper clarke is appearing.

perhaps he's just spreading himself thinly. Sharing the wealth, so to speak. F*cking commie...

unless he was using another member's username and password to log in, presumably. Which is what I think westonsaint was implying?

Story of my life mate..... ps, ended up in 38

The good dr is onto something here methinks. Ive had two g/fs that initially couldnt get enough action up the tradesmans but suddenly "went off" it after 10 or 12 months. Presumably once they got the contraception sorted

this. Teams tend not to park the bus at home, their fans dont like it and there is an expectation of winning your home games......(see above;) )

I bet they are gay Afghans and Somalians.......

Lol @ the dopey f*cker sounding so shocked when it hurt.....

I wish I'd said that.

fair comment, but that doesnt mean that Ed Miliband belongs in the same category as Winston Churchill. I would count myself as a natural leftie, labour voter and so on, but I cant see anything in his appointment to suggest that the party actually wants him there come election time. He is a makeweight and a bullet catcher, nothing more.
-
Yeah, right. Ed is the over-the-trenches fodder Labour need while they regroup. If he is still at the helm come the next election then it means the Labour hierarchy have decided they cant win it. His political abilities are utterly irrelevant, he comes across as the tw*t to top all tw*ts and he will not be leading Labour into any election the party thinks it can win. Cross reference Michael Foot, possibly the best leader Labour ever had but nobody remembers anything except his donkey jacket. Ed Miliband will go down in history as that guy with a lisp who snatched the leadership from his brother.

lol, I didnt have you pegged as a fat bastard
