We are the Saints family,and families have disagreements all the time,but at the end of the day we all love our club,we are drawn to talk to each other through this website as a way of expressing our views,our hopes and fears ..and our dislikes! Not everyone is thick skinned and lippy, so just think before you really hurt someone by posting aputdown when they have tried to share with the rest of us something we didn't know...definately group hug and get down to the real nitty gritty of getting behind our Club in very difficult times and insulting the club down the road!!

Morgan is the most intelligent player we have,he thinks the game and sees it light years ahead of the rest,when they catch up and we have some nippy wingers you will be singing his name.

i don't think mass abuse of the young players is helpful or fair,in years gone by we introduced one of our own into an experienced side and they found their feet surrounded by older heads,we now have the exact opposite they are out there getting used to the new experienced players coming in,it will take time,each week a new face,a new personality for them to play with ...for heavens sake give them a break ,it's August...not December

You are very hard on Saga..I spoke to him at the end of last season and the only thing that was upsetting him was the fact he was not being played because Wottes' favourite McGoldrick was starting every time. He was a thoroughly nice person and very keen to play and loved the life here..when he plays he does put in the effort and it can not be easy warming the bench when you are an international player..yes could do better but that can be said of most at the moment

AP has also to get the team playing for 90 minutes + at full pelt,the last two seasons we looked dead after 70,so chopping and changing now is not going to tell him what he needs to know..who can make it and who can't....the Saints Web may be able to but he is the Manager in whom we must trust until proved very wrong which I don't think will happen.

I think you wiil find when the woodentop in midfield is replaced Morgan will immediately become a better player and much more consistant.

If you have been a legend for your club and truly love it as I think MLT has..what would be your dream..someone comes along and says we are going to take over your beloved club and would you like to be Chairman..its Christmas morning and all you dreams have come true,you are a child again..don't judge him too harshly..the star dust has gone only reality remains and luckily he still has a job.

I suspect AP is working his socks off on the training ground trying to knock this team into shape also trying in very short time to bring in the right players to add to the squad,I do not envy the man he was always working behind the clock and he has to balance ahappy dressing room for team spirit and 11 players who are proud to wear the shirt and go out there and give their all for us each match...not an easy task even with money behind him..keep the faith..

Do you think a graphic on the big screen at St. Marys knocking off the deducted points as we win our matches would be an added spur(sorry about that word) to the players and the fans with appropriate stirring Saints music i.e. The Saints are coming....?

I am sure they all thank 'arry from the bottom of their cottons for buying them their moment in the sun and jumping ship when he saw the writing on the proverbial wall...what a legend..there is a smell of rotting fish in the air this morning and I should know I live far too close for comfort....COYR

I think some of his problem is that he has the swagger of a young lad who was told too early that he was something special and a cut above the rest. I hope AP will sort him out this season and he can get to the standard that he thinks he has already. I also think we should support our young players this season,because they need confidence to succeed for us. Schneiderlin looked gutted after making a bad pass,they are kids trying to get better..help them by getting behind them. Ps I watched the match back when I got home and Saga did put the effort in as I thought he did while watching the game.

They may be young now but if they are the real deal and AP can see potential as well,they could be key players at the height of their powers in 5 years time when we are heading for the top again and have not cost silly money.

Youssef Safri was the captain of Morocco for years and played in U K for 6..what appears to be the difference? Wish he was back with us,no fear and some lovely moves while he was with us.

I wish him well I thought he did a good job for us and got better away from Burley speaking of him ..a bit rich banning the Scottish team from drinking,but still whinging on as he did with us,too many injuries, not playing as well as they should,when will everyone understand he is a very poor manager and does not command respect from the players or anyone else. New era we now have a goody and will go far.

A very good positive statement of intent,no whistles,no bells but an underlying sense of stability and purpose....I like it a great deal,we are in good hands at last thank goodness.

Realism and blind support is what is needed from us this season,everything else will be dealt with upstairs. Many of our rivals in this league will come to St Marys like children going to a sweetie factory and will be jealous and think we are already "up ourselves"and probably clog us to death, I am expecting quite heavy injuries,Arsenal it will not be. Like the owner we are investing in the future of our club by buying season tickets,it is an act of intent to support our club that we SO nearly lost..so please get behind everyone who has our best interests at heart ,it may not be the quick fix we would all like but like a good marriage lets work at it and bring confidence,support, warmth and love back to St Marys and then everyone will flourish. We are the first to knock the fickleness of other fans,don't let us get on their bandwagon.
