My feeling is putting the away fans into a corner will lessen the impact of their noise, and conversely brining our fans to directly behind the goal will increase our impact.
Do we have an acoustics engineer on here to help resolve if this is true or not?
I'll agree that it wasn't as big as a surprise as the Palace, Wolves results but it was unexpected...
I'll say no more if you can show me your prediction that we would beat Arsenal.
I know that you are angry but what you say here is bullsh*t. Just look at how we try to play now vs the past 3 managers. What is very clear is that we lack quality, not passion or a good manager.
In a game against quality, he lacked it. Disappointing, but we were really up against it today, it was difficult for anyone to really shine, except hojbjerg……..
I normally go into the Northam / Kingsland corner but I don't go there to have bantz with away fans. I go there because I like to shout and sing during the game. I think many folk do the same.
Move them!
If we want a better atmosphere then the next thing is to make clear to fans that they are now being given the option to have a singing end, but to create one some people will have to move. I think the fans will respond. We have fans who like to sing / chant - just go to an away match and you'll find them. So let's encourage them to do the same at St.Mary's.
