Nah. He is the wrong signing if we have to match his wages and the club will do well to avoid him. Let Everton throw more money around, they spent heavily in the summer and seem to have a never ending supply on it.

I emphasize with your feelings, but I also took away some feeling of pride in my club. Not from anything Vvd did but from the fact there were 6 ex Saints players on the pitch and one on the bench. If Clyne was not injured then he would have been on the pitch or on the bench as well. We have developed, bought and developed, several very good players over the last 6-7 years. Not many other clubs can claim to have had that success. I would have preferred that they all stayed with Saints but the reality is having developed them they become attractive to clubs who can pay higher salaries than us. I just hope we can stay up and continue to be as successful in this respect.

I didn't say it was loud enough to keep all parts of the ground happy, BUT that there was plenty of support.

I was in the Northam last night and there was plenty of singing and support being given to the team. If other parts of the ground don't think it's good enough or loud enough they are free to join in, or make up their own songs if they don't like what we sing. BUT stop f*cking moaning and do something about it!

7/. Don't panic. Support the team and the manager in every way (especially vocally) and try to raise their spirits. Stop writing negative stuff on forums. How about getting a song for Frazier, he's played well recently and we should encourage him with his own song. Same idea for Bertrand, hes been a good squad member for several years now, we should sing our appreciation.
