I felt the fans were still with the team until Stoke scored and then the flood gates opened, it was then just a torrent of Puel Out (from the Northam, that's where I was standing. I couldn't hear other sections of the Saints crowd). I was more disappointed with their reaction than with the result.

As the terrace song goes, "Your support is ******* sh*t".

I'm looking forward to it despite the lack of home goals. I'll support them whether they win, lose or have a run of boring 0-0 home draws. Saints are my team, my support is not conditional, it is absolute!

We went to the Wetherspoons, which was ok. It's a big pub, didn't look big from the outside. we got seats, food delivery was fast, the only downside was the queueing at the bar - but on match day what would I expect? Mix of Saints and Watford in there, no issues.

For me Mings deserved the ban. He was not chasing the ball, he had time to see what was in front of him. He took the opportunity to have a go at Zlatan. What's disappointing are the huge protests from the Cherries about how innocent he is. Are the bans unbalanced, yes this point I agree with.

I was very pleased to see that Markus flag was brought out at Wembley yesterday. It was a great way to honour him and I was proud that as a member of the forum I helped to get this flag made. However I didn't realise / know that the flag would feature - does anyone have any background on the decision to bring and show the flag at Wembley?

While we may not win a European trophy the away days are great fun (well I've only managed Arnhem and Milan, so others may disagree) and I'd love a few more - so I'd prefer we aim for a European cup place than not.

How long have you been supporting Saints? Look at our history, look at our competition - if we get a top 10 finish then we are doing well. Right now we are slipping back. I think we have a squad capable of a top 10 finish, but it's not working right now. i just hope the backroom boys are looking at this and trying to come up with something different.

that's nice thought but Fonte wanted away, we didn't sack him. our failure was to get cover for VvD knowing his injury was bad.
