I want us to play way more positively than this. A real chance for Redmond to bust a gut back inside and have a ball threaded through but it’s safety first straight to feet on the byline.

They mentioned our 4 clean sheets and two 1-0 wins last season. Puel out!

Meh. I really wanted him to stay in the summer but now I couldn't gave a toss. He's been totally ordinary this season. Hopefully we reinvest sensibly and don't do like we did with the Shearer money.

Last week they had those pretend walls that they use for free kick practice but Tadic and Redmond just kept running straight into them. Baby steps.

I think we will be in the bottom 3. We have that “too good to be relegated” thing going on meanwhile we struggle to score and have those games where we let in the opposition’s only shot. That is relegation form. Palace and Swans to join us.

Nice finish by PEH in that game. Hopefully we'll see him back in the 1st team squad at some point.

Total **** served up on a Sat/Sun then by Tuesday we’ll get “Cedric says we’ve got to move the ball better”, Thursday we get a clip of Redmond, Tadic, Bertrand, Boufal et al. smiling and scoring goals for fun vs our hapless keepers. Then roll around the weekend for a déjà vu production of MPs favourite dull pointless, goalless anti-football. **** off!

Forster: I’ve seen trees go down quicker Cedric: Can’t cross, pass, shoot or defend. Yoshida: Best striker we have. VVD: ****. Barely trying, not a leader on the pitch. Bertrand: Barely trying, doesn’t even look before a pass into box, wasteful. Romeu: Shadow of last year, not even getting yellow cards, should be beasting it in midfield, poor passing. Davis: Tries hard but not particularly good. Not a leader. Tadic: Woeful on and off the ball. Redmond: Sloppy and stroppy. Boufal: Box of tricks but utterly predictable, easy to crowd out around the box. Gabb: Tries hard, gets no service. Austin: Not fit, bad attitude. Long: Tries hard but can’t score or stay onside. JWP: Physucally weak, not the great set ball guy everyone outside Saints say he is.

Manager utterly clueless. We are set up not to win. Players don’t have an ounce of pride in the badge. What a mess we are in. I’d sit the ****s down and show them videos of Channon, Keegan, Armstrong, Wallace, Wright, Shilton, wearing the great shirt they are supposed to be honouring. Joke team.

Utter ****. Sick of this crop of players and manager, they can all **** off.

Could you imagine Jimmy Case or Glenn Cockerill putting up with this ****e? No leaders in this team, look like lost sheep.
