But really the FL are 100% right,we ripped people off, now the penalty has
to be paid.Otherwise anyone could run up unpayable debts and sneak out on some loophole.
And yet he's still poking his nose in seemingly and no-one in the new prospective set-up sees fit to tell him to get lost.I mean if new guy has a couple of hundred milion at his disposal why is he allowing Crouch to intefere all the time like some WI do-gooder.It just makes no sense, as for him paying part of the deposit;well I just hope there's no truth in that whatsoever.
It's all just a typical tabloid crock of shïte anyway.Sometimes i think they make this stuff up to take the pïss a bit more.No one seriously interested in saving the club would back down for just the 10 point deduction, that was nailed on from the 2nd April onwards.
How much (roughly) are they paying? that might be an important factor.
If they paid anywhere near what SLH owe,well then it might be a different case to the FL than paying say 30%.
It should have been fairly obvious to anyone with half a neurone that it wasn't all as on track as it seemed when it took the full 21 days.
I want to believe but no-one has ever answered my original questions,why Pinnacle, why Lynam, why MLT.
Chill out people, most of us knew it wouldn't end today, it never does.
I doubt whether it's completely about the non-appeal, I suspect the new owner is trying to hide from the football league as well;
Then the Swiss,Irish,MJ and Likely Lads from Guernsey will all be back in the frame and Pinnacle will be a thing of the past,however everyone will then know that there's something that makes the deal virtually undoable.
Who is there to tell him he's out?
No-one can tell anyone they're in or out until some moolah gets paid to the creditors and the transaction is completed. AS far as I can work out that hasn't happened yet so there's no-one to hire or fire.
