If he can't do much then he should step aside and make way for someone who can. Since he's been here we have spent in the region of 130 million £, if you can't make a workable squad for that sort of money you need to p*ss off and leave it to someone else.

He was Ok when he still had a couple of core players transmitting the Pochettino system, now that they're gone we're seeing typical Koeman football. We sold for a fair bit and spent it on mediocre players, thus we've a mediocre team.
