Like anyone is going to pay 35 million € for Falcao, finished as a serious footballer. Unless of course someone is looking to move that sort of sum to Monaco for some reason or other.
-
Provided it's between consenting adults I don't see any harm in it :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: Now hydraulic fracturing...well that's something else.
-
I think you must be looking at the wrong Andros Townsend. This one under discussion, well 15 league goals must be somewhere in the region of his entire career contribution.
-
Perhaps Gardos will be back soon..
-
But as has already been pointed out we can't take any more UK loans without either releasing or buying one of the 2 players that we already have on loan from other English clubs. So we either sign Stek or Caulker on a more permanent basis or not sign anyone else from England on loan. Got it ???
-
Totally positive, as was José at the time. Why most even thought Gaston was a good signing.
-
What sort of yellow car? Like Noddy's you mean.
-
That's a very negative attitude really, Spurs have their weaknesses, up to our manager to devise a plan to exploit them.
-
I'm saying that if you're certain that our getting relegated is utterly impossible, why not bet against it and effortlessly claim your completely and utterly free money from people like me? As you say, Saints getting relegated won't happen. So you're not taking any sort of risk are you ? We can certainly arrange this without Betfair. We'll find a trusted and accountable third-party here on SaintsWeb to act as treasurer of the 'pot' formed by your and my opposite bets; I'll put in £10 on us to get relegated, you put in £10,000 on us not to get relegated, and whoever wins the bet scoops the lot! You can rest easy safe in the knowledge that not only will you be taking my money, you'll be well and truly outwitting me as well! Ah right, no thanks though, I do not bet in any shape or form.
-
I have absolutely no idea what point you're trying to make here. As far as I can see you end up 10£ light and the booky £10 better off (less tax I suppose) if you bet on something that won't happen whatever the odds maybe. I am unfamiliar with the Betfair system, no doubt because it's an Anglo-Saxon thing that doesn't exist outside of the UK and it's derivatives.
-
Well that sounds like someone who'd probably cost a fair bit of money, doubt that we'll be getting one of those then...
-
Apart from whoever had to pay for him you mean. We signed Elia and Djuricic, I'd guess if we'd had the wherewithal for a better player than either of them we'd have signed him.
-
There's a lot better things to do with £12 than give it to some bookie or other. People are really stupid about gambling, guess that's why bookies are so successful nowadays. People will bet on anything and everything without considering the possibility of getting any return. Don't about 2% of the population of the UK have serious gambling problems or something like that ?

Well not really, Boxing Day, Goodwill Day or St Stephen's day is only a holiday in mainly Anglo Saxon derived communities. They don't have it here in France or in Spain or Italy and I guess they'd consider themselves "Christian" in the main. It is not a religous holiday....:uhoh:Some sort of tradesmens' tipping day historically apparently. -
Surely Mané playing #10 would involve him passing to other people instead of just going it alone every time, can he actually do that ? Anyway Townsend....just NO..
-
Fair enough but I worry about idiots losing their hard-earned to on line gambling emporiums over such a thing. Guess they must have money to throw away.

Apparently it was a simple foreign e-mail received by several school authorities, most binned it instantly but the paranoid grandad with the stupid yellow cap from LA took it seriously... -

Doesn't need much of a hacker to know the code word really. -
Hopefully ZERO

But you only need one look at the old idiot who decided that it was a serious affair to know why he thought that. Jeez, they have some idiots in charge of things in that nation. No doubt a juvenile hacker who didn't fancy a midterm. -
We're linked with him every firkin window, it's just agent bolloaks, he wants to play and he won't at Tottenham, don't think he even gets Europa League games, could be wrong there though.
-
Just his agent trying to get him a game......

Will be just like Belgium the other week, some idiot on a wind up with an Ipad closing down the place for nothing. And so it will continue until there's a real threat and no-one takes any notice, as happened in Paris a month back. -
Weren't we absolutely dreadful away from home or something, odds probably weren't all that long. Remember trekking up to Ipswich in my box Anglia and getting seriously thumped.
-
But how do the goals scored/goals conceded stats look for those teams. Leiecester ship a fair few goals for a top side, you have to go down to Bournemouth for a side that have conceded more. If they stop scoring for some reason or other (and let's not forget that 26 out of their 34 goals come from the same 2 players) then they may well struggle in a big way.
