Davis has played DM on occasions this season I think, when both Morgan and Victor were out. Can't remember which games, when they were both injured I suppose. We let Cork go before his time, there was no point in selling him off for a pittance before this summer, he's a good pro and would have done his best, we wanted the money that's all.

Not really a "defector" but I notice that Gaston hasn't been included in the Uruguay preliminary 27 for the Copa America. Now that could be prejudicial to us if we had any remaining illusions about selling him (or even loaning him) to another English club except Hull.

Sakho was at St Etienne for a few years, only remember him as bog standard for the time. He's no spring chicken either, might be a sort of West Ham or Hull player but certainly not top of the table material.

Absolutely, Davis and Gazzaniga have played a handful of matches between them, we not scored in so many more.

Anyway with Elia perhaps the FA commission will notice him going over the top on Mahraz and give him a suspension. Doubt if we'll get that lucky though.

Well then why did he refuse to discuss Gazzaniga on the You Tube video, there's a link on another thread. 3 minutes in, he's absolutely categoric about it, doesn't discuss individual players...although we know he does when he slagged off a couple after the Everton loss.

Absolutely, mind you I thought that was Adkins, well so i read on this forum anyway.

ie he likes living near London and not in Southampton, he also thought that he was treated abominally by Adkin's sidekick but that probably isn't public knowledge.

Not on the video I saw, he said he didn't discuss individual players. Perhaps before the match he gave that reason, afterwards he categorically refused.
