Well I wouldn't presume to answer for him but we do seem to have a few quite serious training ground injuries over the years although I suppose that must be quite common in professional football. It's not just the MP era either, don't think he was even here when Guly clobbered Gaston last season and put him out for a couple of months with some sort of aggravated dead-leg.
-
Does he have the qualifications for such a role ? I wouldn't have though so, figurehead president instead of Terry Paine perhaps.
-
Morgan turned down (well Cortese helped him) Sociedad last summer because he wanted to stay here and be part of the progress towards great things. They were offering about 16 million and of course European football, I do wonder if he's not regretting that now. It was documented somewhere or other, perhaps in one of the long interviews he gave to the French media when we were riding high what seems ages ago now. With all eyes on Griezmann at Real now you'd just have to wonder what he might have made of that chance.
-
A wedgy then, strange thing to do to a team mate unless of course it was just an over exuberant goal celebration.
-
I think the 20000 will include the 3200, seemed to be that way last time, as large parts of the stadium seem to be closed for this game can't be far from sold out surely.
-
Indeed but does a player who's been out injured (or so they tell us) need to be taking overly muscled challenges from team-mates really, jeez we've enough trouble finding a decent side to put out against the Arse as it is without our own players contributing. Train hard OK but there have to be limits. There must have been some pre-existent animosity between the two of them surely.
-
apparently the head of player recruitment, whoever that non-entity may be.
-
Wouldn't count on it myself, seems to be getting near the rubicon unless we've done serious spade work beforehand. Two two month injuries,Osvaldo acting the idiot obviously trying to force his way out, no real strength in depth anywhere...yep we could certainly do with a signing of a decent player but I just doubt everything about the infrastructure of SFC needed to make it happen just now.
-
Unsaleable, loan until the summer and then hope he has a good WC is our best option. Wouldn't get a bag of ready salted for him just now.
-
Although it will probably be on reduced terms now. Can't see who we have to negociate with them anyway.

Salah ?

In fact I think Bearsy just hides his talents under a clown's costume. Have you noticed that he in fact writes quite well and has a sharp noggin, wouldn't be at all surprised if the Bear isn't either highly educated or a wanna be journalist, the 2 being mutually exclusive of course.

Good CBs are a rare thing, not enough to go round, we certainly won't get one in the last few days of a TW unless we've done a lot of ground work already. We'll probably have to muddle through with what we've got unless of course there are any more Roger Johnsons out there just waiting to be snapped up out of the obscurity by ambitious PL clubs.
-
Clueless as usual. Players like Didier Drogba would never ever dream of playing for a club not involved in European Competition in a WC year. We are untouchable to that category of player and will soon become untouchable to some of our actual players who have a bit of ambition. Lallana, Lovren, Shaw and Schneiderlin gone this summer, count on it.

Johnny Depp pirate picture I expect.

I don't think we can move him on for anything in January, best we could hope for is a loan deal to one of the italian clubs that are supposed to have been trying to obtain that from us (don't know how accurate those reports are though). However we have weakened our hand in that by suspending him so publicly just now. Any potential loan suitor will now know that we're pressed for time as there are only what 8 days left in the TW. As we wouldn't seem to have anyone to negociate such a deal anyway then all we can do is go crawling back to any club that actually made us an offer and get as much of that as remains now as possible. I'd have hushed it up at least for a couple of days and tried to negociate quickly with any club still interested.

jesus, no-one is supposed to do that to Glasgow, he says whatever it is that needs to be said to appear contrary (you know like the arguement sketch). It is absolutely not on to ever recall anything that he's said in the past which doesn't not support his views on any given day. I mean I could have picked him up on Billy Sharp yesterday but didn't because well...I couldn't be bothered, he is a troll, tolerated by the board administration for some reason only known to themselves.
-
Jesus has said Wanyama probably won't play. I really doubt that the team will be that weak, some thought that before the Burnley game and in the end we put out a good side, fortunately for us. This time I expect to start with a strongish side and then sub the core players when we're 3 or 4 up, hopefully before half time. One first team regular at least in every department of the side, 2 in defence.
-
Oh I don't doubt that they'll find someone else who's surplus to requirements somewhere or other, whether it will be someone of the class of Lukaku is debateable though. As for Traoré they might not even get him, Falcao went down under the effects of an atrocious tackle from a semi-pro player in last night's cup game and it looks as if he may well be out for a while so the theory is that Monaco may not lend Everton Traoré after all. To be confirmed or not at sometime in the next week or so.

Global warming really is happening... (well, duh!)

To be fair Willie Soon is just one of many highly qualified men of science who argue that climate change is a result of natural phenomena, I'm sure that there's a list of them somewhere. Perhaps GM didn't pick the most shining example amongst them though because Willie , well he's taken a lot of grant money from fossil fuel companies. That's not to say that he doesn't believe what he maintains to be correct though. -
In fact Everton is success on the never never. They must be good at negociating or pay ridiculously high loan fees. Why buy players when you can rent them from clubs who just buy players to keep their closest rivals from getting them.
-
sounds OK, can't be any worse than what we had in the way of bowlers last season. All rounder as well, we may well need a bit of extra batting depth because I don't think Neilza is going to be with us for next season.
-
he doesn't, said last week that all this had caused him a serious sleep loss, post match interview I think.
-
not to mention those who were kept here by the dream. If the club doesn't define acceptable targets to the players there will be a mass exodus but we'll bank a shedload of money. Never mind we can get a lot of Danny Ings and Roger Johnsons for that. We need to look at West Ham and actually learn something.

You can certainly get wood stoves that heat water, know a few people who have them but it's not cheap and whether you'd be able to link them into the current oil fired system I couldn't say. You'd need to be looking at something like the Regulus Malaga 02/03 with the additional boiler pack anyway. Total cost of that would be somewhere around 6500 euros I think; By the time it's all installed you'd not see much change out of 10 or 15 K but as you can get tax credits here for that sort of installation it appeals to more than one.
