Then again we might lose all of our really decent players and become distinctly mediocre again. Millwall were flying high last season for a while, now they're scraping the bottom,Cardiff once front runners and promotion favourites are now erratic. Go for it whilst we have the players that's what I say.It could well be that this year not one of the promoted sides from last season comes back down.

Confusion there was, some Saint's players were clapping, others not.Not analysed the incident in any great depth but I would say that it was the "home growns" who were clapping and the foreign players who remained silent.You'd have to look at the highlights to check that though.

Nothing can save humans from their own stupidity Banning gambling adverts wouldn't change anything,never used to be any ads people still gambled and sometimes got themselves into great difficulty.The bait of something for nothing will always entice many,far too many. Don't hold with gambling myself but there you go.The crux of the matter is that most people are far too stupid to gamble,it's something that requires great intelligence and personal discipline.I know a couple of people who live from gambling, they never go for hail mary bets or anything like that,spend more time working at it than your average punter spends at his daily graft.Bookies and betting sites in general are highly organised and employ highly intelligent folk, a friend of my dad's(a bookie in the old tradition) once told me that he'd turned down people for employment that MI5 (or 6) can't remember which snapped up afterwards.

Must admit that from just the Player highlights I thought the 2nd yellow was given for a pretty innocuous tackle. If refs start giving regular yellows for that then plenty of games are going to be down to 6 a side (I know I know) The ref may well be right but I've seen plenty like that go unpunished,no free kick, nothing.
