Nice selective re-writing of history there. If you ever visited St Marys, you would know which Chairman got it built. If you had been at Carduff, you would have known which Chairman took us there. If you had been and watched the players get to 4th in the Premier League, you would know which Chairman facilitated that. Lowe made a lot of bad decisions, and shares responsibilty for getting us relegated from the Premier League - however he also had a number of great achivements with the club.

You're so inflated that the hot air from your deflation would significantly add to global warming. No reason we can't try for both. Looking at last season, we would have needed 76 point to finish 6th. This is not an atypical number. We have 25 now, with 25 games left to play. That means we need over 2 points a game for the remainder of the season which is searing form by anyone's standards... and this will only scrape us into 6th. We should go for this, but not bank on it and waste a great chance to win something and have a trip to Wembley.

Sure. I can not think of any credible situation that would lead to Cortese justifiably banning the Echo, based on what the Echo have published. I challenged you to come up with a credible situation to support your view. You have been singularly unable to. What do you think the Echo have done that has upset Cortese? I can't see anything they have done that a reasonable person would be upset about. Obviously, there might be something going on behind the scenes that we are not aware about, but I struggle to think what. Until that is made clear, then I would have to go with what I can see and this looks like a petty and unnecessary act by Cortese that doesn't reflect well on the Club. Most likely is the Echo had this story under embargo, and broke their embargo when the story got into the public domain via the Net and TV.... I don't blame the Echo for breaking an embargo in this situation, it isn't a secret scoop if the world already knows about it. Come on Wes Tender, let's have any theory or evidence from you to support your childish position that the Echo is in the wrong on this. Go.

It means ****. We will still sell our best players if a high enough offer comes in. You're incredibly naive if you think we will be able to keep want-away players now. We've hardly sold anyone "on the cheap" in the past decade anyway - Lowe extracted great prices for our best players. Walcott, Beattie, Jones, Kevin Davies, hell even Dean Richards.... we were rarely (if ever) punked by someone buying players from us.

And that has been the case for at least the last fifteen years.
