  2. Being the key. Not part of the ambitious little shîts brigade that saw the likes of Matt Hancock casting himself as a principled moderate in his leadership bid, crashing and burning, immediately switching allegiances to Johnson and then happily throwing an important green paper under the bus to curry favour with his prospective boss.
  3. Doubt it. Rugger’s his thing. Football’s for plebs like you and me.
  4. Is that Ekon account still active pal? Maybe you can have a word?
  5. Patel and Raab Maybe someone should have a word with Johnson and let him know he’s appointing the Cabinet, not overseeing a competition for thinnest-skin cretin.
  6. He’s now had two significant “injuries” which could have happened anywhere and at anytime - nowt to do with moving per se. He’s played in the final of a major European club competition which he would have never done with us.
  7. Not really.
  8. Especially with Les, LD and the rest of the geriatric vandals breathing down his neck.
  9. Also missing is Sissoko who for many spurs supporters and insiders was their player of the season. If every team could unearth a Harry Kane, they would - sides have invested far more in their academies than us and haven’t come close yet it’s held up as a feasible strategy by some. As you say, citing raw player values without taking account of the year they were signed and the role of inflation is sloppy apples and oranges. Never mind that even if we could claim that spurs practiced what others are preaching, the exception doesn’t prove the rule. I wonder is baggytrousers a reference to the fact that he’s so full of s**t?
  10. Les - best to stay hydrated in this weather pal
  11. The whole raison d’être of the lib dems is stopping Brexit. There’s no way Johnson could offer them concessions on this without losing the swivels and a large bloc of conservative MPs whose support would also be critical for a working coalition.
  12. No chance that would happen again, especially with Johnson.
  13. Not to be sniffed at. One rung up in credibility on a certain bland, laxative-inducing vegetable claiming it a done deal.
  14. Is there anything more to the Upemecano rumour than jeff's mate mentioning it and the leipzig connection?
  15. Yep Cantonese.
  16. Cheers got it working now.
  17. Don't think it was given. They didnt kick off again from the centre circle. Maya looked to be infringing play.
  18. Unlucky Slattery.
  19. Are you there pal?
  20. Cheers
