Officiating aside; good start for 25 minutes, looked to actually have a purpose when in possession. Its no secret that I amongst many feel we've been poor in the market especially in the striker department. I still cannot get my head around how we had our most successful season on and off the pitch last season; inevitably we lost players but we replaced them with cheaper alternatives (doesn't necessarily mean they wont pay off in time). If Les & co are serious about kicking on, even if we kept Sadio, Victor etc we would have still needed to add to that group. I have an uneasy feeling about this season.

There's a massive trend with the new breed of ITK's. Their posts are calculated guests, swayed by the traffic of updates on social media. Those posting, he was at Staplewood or the formalities are being tied up as exclusives or snippets, are just using what appears to be public knowledge and spinning it off as their own. It's apparent Boufal will be announced as a Saints player within the next few days. As AR-10, Guan, K Bilky and Le Goddard will vouch, Saints have changed their conduct regarding incomings and the personnel that know. Hence why very little information now gets out.

As Guan said correct. Now he is no longer an employee I can now share how I knew him. We was both on a coaching course together in Hampshire, whilst he was a foundation coach part time at Saints. He was then asked to translate and help Gaston Ramirez to settle in the area and translated on the pitch. He then stayed and helped Pochettino informally and remained part of the support coaching staff when Ronald came in. A lot of people were very shocked he made the jump from community coaching to elite professional coaching- lets put it that way! Anyway now at Everton, haven't spoken in a long time! I have friends working at Saints but only in the foundation and youth development phase (5-16)

Not at the time I was told, no. This was pre Euro's so it may(probably) has since changed.

I don't think so, when I share the contract info in my previous posts I was never told it was a secret, just something the club are pressing on with. Mane & Victor turned down their offers with all the others now having signed.

The fan in me on the other hand just wants a bit of continuity to be excited by. If we do have an impending signing I have no idea who it is; it could be: Bony Benteke Boufal Castagnious Praet Nabinadindininini from Napoli Berahino Tello Young Thunder Cat from Zagreb or the Ox.
