He sounds class, but not exactly a like for like replacement for Morgan.

That's good. I guess it depends on whether he favours staying in Italy or playing in the Prem.

I'd far rather we become a self-sustaining regular 6th, 7th or 8th place team, with the occasional domestic and Europa cup run than push higher spending beyond our means. If that means losing our best players every summer then so be it.

If he goes, he goes. Same with Toby and Morgan. After last summer, the club deserve our faith in their transfer policy. -

If I'm reading Wikipedia properly, at the moment that is just AEK Larnaka FC (Cyprus), Hapoel Ironi Kiryat Shmona Football Club (Israel), İstanbul Başakşehir F.K (Turkey), SA 2013 Târgu Mureș (Romania) and SC Rheindorf Altach (Austria) ?? Got that from here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015%E2%80%9316_UEFA_Europa_League#Third_qualifying_round

Evening Standard says 'Standard Sport understand the Belgium centre back would prefer to join his international teammates Jan Vertonghen, Nacer Chadli and Mousa Dembele at Spurs than rejoin Saints, but Atletico are looking for close to £14m.' Don't think they're particularly reliable though and they're undoubtedly biased towards the London clubs (unsurprisingly). Isn't Dembele one of the players Spurs are getting rid of?

Seems to be a rehash of the mirror story. Courtesy of google translate: Toby Alderweireld sees a longer stay in the Premier League it down. The defender Atletico Madrid last season was rented by Southampton. By Atlético Madrid rented Belgrade should probably go back to Spain, but he himself want to stay in the Premier League, he told British media front. "Southampton makes a lot of opportunity, because I know the club. They have always been good to me and I have helped them." Koeman, according to the same British media a record sum of 18 million pounds (over 25 million) to lay down for the defender.

The mirror was reporting that WHU are close to signing him yesterday.
-
You only have to look at his post history to see he does nothing but WUM.
-
Let's hope we get our bid in first.
-
I agree, but I don't think either will still be here next season.

Mirror reported yesterday that St Etienne had rejected a £4million bid from Bournemouth.
