Nearly every team in the league would take Lukaku. I don't think he's going to be a realistic target. Perhaps it is as much about the league/country a player plays in as it is the player himself. For example a player being good in Italy doesn't mean he'll be suited to the premier league.

I'm sure every team around mid table could say the same.
