Do you believe that the suspended officer who is facing a criminal charge for kicking and then stamping on an already detained suspect's head, deserves a medal? Bang the fuckers up if they're guilty, but stamping on the head is heroic?
-
You seem a little confused. It wasn't Burnham who said the police should get medals for what looks like a brutal assault - he's Labour, not Reform, and he's not an MP. Hope that helps you with what you've clearly found to be quite a difficult situation to understand.
-
When MPs defend the suspended police officer and suggest "they should get medals" for stamping on heads and pepper-spraying witnesses, the mask slips from Reform and we see them for what they are. Decent police officers must be horrified and casual Reform voters are probably embarrassed.

I was there - I remember seeing Dave Watson leaving the ground bandaged and what looked like concussed at the end. Great little finish from Bally.

His grass-intolerance has flared up again, but he'll be fine once the pitches get a bit muddier...

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?

I think he's wrong on this issue or he has a plan to save a few quid elsewhere and then unveil the lifting of the cap as a win at some point soon, but to discipline MPs who have gone straight off their manifesto script has to be a positive thing. It's called integrity, we've not seen it for a while, let's hope it catches on. -
Just had a chance to tell Rupert Lowe's audience a few truths.....

I like the way they say he still divides opinion, as a middle manager at the Reform corporation, that is literally his job. His only purpose now is to stoke division, to split communities, to say controversial things to be in the spotlight - If he attempted to actually help his constituency by sorting local issues, Nigel's company wouldn't be able to raise funds off the back of it. So expect more thinly-veiled hate speech, imagined wokery, vague fantasy policies and climate change denial - that's Rupert's sole job as an employee of Farage Limited. He's not even local, I'm sure it said absolute Kent on his business card. -
They voted themselves into poverty and into hospital corridors. The way the last government neglected the old was a disgrace. The new leader needs to be someone who wasn't involved in that shit show - you can't spout new ideas having sat around the table defending Boris/Truss/Rishi and pretending you were nothing to do with it. Clean break from that horrendous past.
-
So it now emerges that the Tories had 1,000 civil servants working on their Rwanda gimmick - a thousand?? What a fucking waste of time and money.

He was a crap painter.

I still consider rape and child molesting a more serious offence than making someone miss their exam - but each to their own. It takes all sorts.

Climate protesters getting longer prison sentences than paedophiles and terms that violent criminals could get for attempted murder? A judge with a history of leniency to rapists, who thinks that science is just an opinion? No wonder the prisons are full. You might not agree with the cause or the disruption, not many do, but five years for peaceful protest when theft and burglary are no longer worth investigating and sex offenders aren't being charged? Good luck to the new attorney general, what a mess - sack that fucking judge today, he is a man who has literally allowed rapists and paedophiles to walk free from his court in the past, he is totally unfit for the job.

Anyone who thinks that Boris Johnson is the answer to any question needs to read the Covid enquiry. He failed the citizens of the UK, then lied, persistently claiming that he got the big decisions right. Far from playing a blinder, it has now been confirmed that he got them very fucking wrong and people paid with their lives.
-
Strictly? People I don't know, doing something I'm not interested in, badly, while judges I know even less about plod through pre-rehearsed drivel delivered for dramatic effect to a squealing audience of simpletons - truly dreadful waste of licence fee which we all have to suffer as some people like that sort of thing. But RB you old misery, people love it... No, one in every seven love it, the rest of us think it's a sorry circus of flashing lights and shiny shit to distract the hard of thinking and to fill tabloids. Get the bolt gun.
-
Let's remember that this season our realistic priority is to have a midfield that is better than three other midfields in the division - if we get outplayed by Man City and Arsenal, so be it. Downes just needs to take one step up this season, he looks like he has that in him. Great signing.

I realise that peace in Gaza is more likely, but how about you guys try a ceasefire for the new season? The rest of us are collateral damage.

Putting everything else aside, if he's turned his head and been clipped on the ear by a bullet fired from 150 yards away, he is one lucky fucker.

Indeed, US citizens do like their news relayed in simple Hollywood terms, every story needs an arc they can follow and appropriate music to remind people what they should be thinking. This one is simply, hero telling it like it is gets shot, but defies the bad guys and refuses to be silenced. Cue inspirational music and President Trump riding into the sunset while conspiracy theorists go mental in the background. This couldn't be a better script for Trump, it's perfect for his campaign.

The Changing of the Arseholes. They have no quality to choose from.

Is this a sponsorship deal with Marwell?

One or two Tories don't seem to have learned anything, they're still making up the same old shit that got them thrown out. It's all gone quiet on the meat tax, seven bins and compulsory car sharing, but Labour are going to concrete over the green belt apparently. Stop telling lies, do your fucking job and come up with some actual policy, a sensible opposition is never a bad thing.
-
Anyone who voted for Richard Holden needs sectioning - seriously, if they really thought that he was the answer to anything they should never be allowed near a polling station ever again. How he still has a job is a damning judgement on the intelligence of voters in Basildon and Billericay. Shame on them.

Sorry if I've missed someone highlighting this before but Rupert Lowe and Mrs Sunak jointly owned a company that went pop and left the taxpayer with loads of debt. I know she has history with closing companies after taking furlough and that Rupert has several ventures that closed, but I didn't realise that Lowe and the Sunaks were so close... With Reform vowing to destroy the Tories, it's an unusual friendship...
-
Now the criminals have left the scene can we see some PPE fraud prosecutions, including the former ministers involved, and some genuine attempts to recover Covid loans and furlough fraud?

I don't think we need any experts or 'good ideas', we've all done perfectly well without that sort of nonsense for a decade.
